I placed an order and I evidently ordered the wrong size. I emailed asking if there was anything that can be done, no reply
I emailed again after quite a long silence and received an email saying not to email again as you'll be pushed to the back of the queue and only email once... Still no reply...
I stupidly ordered another TShirt of smaller size, but when it arrived, the printing was not central and it was lower on the left side, so can't really be worn out in public..!
I took a pic and attached it to my email asking if this could be sorted, but again no reply...
So I now have 2 TShirts, neither of them worth the money or the aggravation...
Would I order from them again - No
Would I recommend them to my friends and family - No

This company has a very unfair returns policy and sells out of date clothing. When contacted their customer service is quite aggressive, threatening that your issue will be put straight to the back of the queue if you send more than one email! I am disgusted by the way I have been treated and would not recommend this company to anyone.

An other company that does not deserve not even one star. They just want your money. Zero customer service. This is what they are saying on emails if you have a query. " Please be aware that if you send multiple messages then you will automatically get pushed back to the end of the queuing system."
My order never arrived, I don't even think Royal mail even tried to delivered as they said they couldn't find the address and send the package back to them. I gave Rugbu Nut the opportunity to resend giving them the address and plenty of time but nothing. Original order on 7th Feb today it is the 22nd nothing so far, so I reported them to Trading Standards uk who is dealing with it. The Trading Standards gave me a template form with letter to send to them but nothing from rugby nut as yet, completely silence. Trying to get a refund now, on going...... Do not buy from RugbyNut, very poor service, no customer after care service.

If I could give less than 1 star I would for customer service. Be aware if you order the wrong size, even though based on their measurement, so I ordered correctly… there attitude is tough when it’s massive. So I’ve had to pay a seamstress to alter the size this is a total joke really or I end up throwing it away. Please make sure you are aware they don’t refund or accept goods back even to order another size. It’s your risk entirely. Would highly recommend to buy elsewhere. DO NOT BUY!

Within an hour of placing an order I tried to cancel. They sent an auto reply saying they answer in rotation and do not write again as my email will be pushed to back if queue. They have still not responded 2 weeks later and have sent a t shirt I don't want. Completely ignored.
To add insult to their zero communication they've been sending endless junk to my email.
Appalling /zero customer service!

Awful company non existent customer service ppor quality item and pathetic refund/exchange system. By law anything ordered online has to be refundable upto 14 days. Attempted to contact this company no reply dont.waist your time Trading standards should shut this company down

I have bought Rugby Nuts t shirts a couple of times for my grandchildren who are rugby mad. No complaints with quality, size or speed of delivery. Always well received by them. Reasonably priced.

Terrible customer service. No response. Rugby top printing very poor quality. If you chase for a response they put you to the back of their queue! It’s been over 4 weeks since delivery received. Was a gift. So disappointed with complete lack of customer communication.

Nonexistent customer service, no reply to email and no answer on the phone. They take your money and send wrongly sized garments although the items were ordered to their size guide.

The seller sent the wrong item, which was for a Christmas present. The receipt in the parcel was for the correct item. I have had no response to emails or messages and the phone number does not work.

Very prompt service, quick delivery, sensible prices and great product quality! What more could a customer want? I have been delighted with the 3 items I have had from Rugby Nut!
So looking forward to wearing my 'So Long as we Beat the English!' T shirt during the Six Nations next month, it will drive my husband and friends 🤪

Really disappointed with this company I’m afraid. Prior to placing my order I tried repeatedly to ring and email for sizing advice but no answer and no replies. I went ahead and ordered a sweatshirt for my son but unfortunately it’s too small. As Rugby Nut don’t do exchanges it seems I’m stuck with it. Non existent customer service-just takes your money and runs.

Have ordered from rugby nut a couple of times now.Absolutely brilliant.The quality of the hoodie and t shirts are really good they wash perfectly and the sizes are spot on.Whenever I or my partner wear them we get asked where we got them from.I also get regular emails about promotions etc.I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

2nd Xmas Rugby Jumper purchased. Great service as usual. Correct size dispatched in good time. Looking forward to see what designs they come up with next year.

Don't buy from this site, it is over a month since by order went in. I have made 3 telephone calls, none answered you can only leave a message. Also sent emails non of which have been answered, I now my grandson is not going to get his sweatshirt for christmas, so they have stolen my money

Further to my review last week Rugby Nut have not made contact and despite me calling and leaving another message asking them not to ship the wrong size, the jumper arrived this morning. They ask for query emails to be sent to fanhelp@rugbynut which doesn't exist.
Shocking service and I would avoid at all cost as they say they are a family business and even ask if you want to add a tip to help them. I'll give you a tip.... look after your customers and provide a better level of service.

I ordered a Ruby sweatshirt it arrived but was small size,I might have made a mistake but was convinced I ordered a large.I emailed Rugby Nut who have responded and it even says on their site do not send more than one email or you will go to back of queue,which is strange. So I assume they have many enquiries thry can't cope with, or it's a ploy to stop you contacting them.I have read from a previous review they will not exchange if wrong size ordered which in my opinion is poor customer service.

Great designs suitable for all the family. I purchased a number of items as Christmas presents and am really impressed with the quality. I was particularly pleased with the ladies' and girls' range and can't wait to see the reaction my daughter and granddaughter receive when they wear their 'your daughter, my daughter' and ' normal girl, Rugby girl' tops at training and matches.
