I have twice ordered sweatshirts in 2xl and received 2 sweatshirts in the wrong size (xs) and one in the wrong colour.
They appear good quality and have delivered swiftly- it is a shame they cannot actually send what was ordered.
Each of my three emails requesting have been auto acknowledged- but no other response to guide on replacement, returns or refunds. This lack of customer care will ultimately impact on their business.

I’m giving one star for appallingly customer service. I have emailed them 4 times and no response. The Christmas jumper I ordered didn’t turn n up in time for Christmas. I know there was a postal strike but it took much longer than stated for the jumper to be made and go through the QA process ultimately meaning that it got stuck in the middle of the strike. I will not be rushing back to make any further orders or recommending to friends and family which is a shame as I was really pleased with the product and they would have had a customer for life

Terrible quality prints, after first wash (following instructions) it's begun to peel off. Wish I could attach the photo's!

Ordered on 14th Dec - paid extra to ensure delivery before Christmas as stated on website, they were still sending out advert emails saying order on 17th for delivery before xmas. Arrived on the 28th Dec.

Emailed over a week ago and still no response.

I have ordered a few items from rugbynut over the past few years. The quality has been great, delivery fantastic. The recipients have loved the items and still wear them. I have again this year ordered items for gifts as so happy with the items and service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a jumper and paid extra for swift delivery. Still not received despite several attempts to chase my order via email. No response from company apart from several marketing emails trying to sell more products.!! Still advertising for Christmas delivery on Instagram when they clearly cannot meet existing orders. I so wish I had checked out the reviews before paying my money, which was swiftly taken from my account 😡😡

I should have checked reviews on Rugby Nut before I placed order. Problem with my item and as many others have noted - no response from Rugby Nut! That’s a bit of a turnaround from them as when I left the item in my ‘basket’ for a couple of days I was bombarded with emails from them persuading me to complete purchase. Buyers beware - avoid Rugby Nut at all xosts
