The rug was a very poor quality for the price, the corners were not square and looked very funky and cheap and the edges were unraveling. The bottom "grip" didn't work at all and it slid around on the... See more

They do not stand by their product
They do not stand by their product. It is difficult to get a response after several email and they have a very low bbb reviews. Purchase with caution given the quality is not what you are promised. I purchased 4 outdoor Ruggable less than a year ago and they already have very noticeable sun damage.
Over priced and poor quality
Over priced, poor quality and rugs contain harmful chemicals, which they did not state on posting.
The bigger the rug, they more is creases. Even worse if its under furniture.
They also cherry pick who can leave reviews on their site.
They sent me a rug with a sticky red…
They sent me a rug with a sticky red stain on it. Instead of offering to allow me to send it back -- and receive a refund or a replacement item. They chose to only offer me a replacement item for the rug cover (not the rug matt). I found the rug matt to be in poor condition too (and dirty; it was packed with the stained rug). When I further complained and asked for a refund and asked again for a mail label so I could ship the soiled product back, they quit responding to my emails. It's very unprofessional and infuriating. I would like my money back.
Looks cheap
I just received the rug I ordered and am really disappointed. These rugs are not cheap and this rug looks really cheap. I would have been better off buying a vintage oriental from Ebay for half the price!
Make it impossible to get a return
I love the concept and the product but Ruggable are SO naughty about returns!!! They claim you can return within 30 days but put you through ridiculous hoops to get a return label. Customer service pretends to be responsive but repeatedly requests the order number and name of the item you want to return and then disappears without actually sending the label. They even have an automated email that says “we’re so sorry you’re having trouble retrieving your return label!” So I got on the live chat and waited and waited, then sent a “hello is anyone there?”. Got someone, asked for a return label and again they disappeared!! It’s stunning to me that a company would create such a deliberately passive-aggressive customer service protocol. I’m bummed because I love the product and would have ordered multiple rugs but obviously can’t trust the company AT ALL, and that feels crappy 🤨
Do NOT order if you think there’s any chance you’ll need to return it
The rug I ordered was a lot darker in person than it looked online so I returned it immediately, in its original box and without having used it at all. I have now been waiting a month for my refund. I know they would have received it by now because I shipped another item that day which has long since been received. There is no phone number to call for updates, you have to email and their responses are just the same canned response over and over. I would never risk ordering a rug from them again.
Denied return, NO Phone number published
No Phone Number to resolve issues!
Charge your card for purchase even though they don’t ship product for weeks.
They’ve recently changed from requiring you to email support for return authorization, to requiring you used a pirtal…but it denies your return even though you’re within the 30 day window. No ohone number to call and emailing support is pointless.
Colors are very inconsistent from photos, and from one size to another.
Shipping communication is poor.
Emails to support are not always acknowledged.
The rug pad isn't sticky enough, rug moves on floor
The rug pad isn't sticky. I have wood floors and the rugs keep moving around as we walk/stand (not running) on them. Sent a email to Ruggable through website, and got a useless reply. Indicated that reply was "not help", and I'm still waiting for the promised human to reach out.
JUNK
JUNK! You can't vacuum them like normal rugs. This was the response I received
Settings: Use low suction and low power, often labeled “hard floor” or “low-pile carpet,” with the beater bar/brush turned off.
Attachments: Use handheld attachments, if available, without bristles, brushes, or beater bars.
Technique: Use a pull motion only instead of the traditional push and pull motion. Avoid vacuuming the edges and corners.
So there is no way to turn off the brush on my vacuum. Apparently I an supposed to use an attachment, and get on my hands, and knees to clean the rug. Don't clean the edges, so I guess I just leave the dog hair on the edges.
I finally got so sick of trying to vacuum, and having the rug get stuck, and smells like burning rubber, I contacted the company which gave the above advice.
If you like crawling around on the floor using the hose on your vacuum cleaner, go for it. I'm pulling these up, and ditching them.
Waste of money.
Don't do it!!
Happy with my purchase
I bought 2 rugs for my kitchen several months ago. They look and feel very nice. A little thinner than I was expecting. I have washed them both and they turned out great. I would definitely buy again. My only minor complaint is that the rug pad that goes underneath doesn't really prevent it from slipping on my hardwood floors.
I purchased 5 bath mats and I’m in love…
I purchased 5 bath mats and I’m in love with 3! However the white one with blue/black diamonds is a huge disappointment. In the month I have had it in a guest bathroom with little to no use I have had to wash it twice already. The black from the underneath seems to come through and leave a mark. I would purchase huggable again but not a light color.
Noticing all the good ratings are for…
Noticing all the good ratings are for people that JUST purchased this rug...lol. I have had mine for almost 3 years. The rug is great BUT NOT THE UNDER MAT!!! It is falling apart and there are black bits everywhere. It is totally useless and I have tried to get help and the company is useless. It should NOT be falling apart!
Sara rocked!
SO PLEASED!
Rug love. A postive experience, runner delivered a week after placing the order. A cheerful, modern design, exactly what my kitchen needed. So pleased, I ordered another runner for the upstairs hall.
I truly love my rugs
I truly love my rugs! Beautiful and washable. Great gift for a housewarming as well. I have ordered 5 rugs so far. I am anxiously waiting for the 5th to arrive! All great quality and decent shipping times.

We have 7 ruggables in our house and just ordered 4 more. We love being able to wash them and they stay in place- and the designs look great.
No Phone Support - Only Email
Delivered the product sooner than expected - that's a plus. One of the carpets was not the right color. Tried to exchange. Complicated process to send back the rug and mats. One exchange only. If you don't like the exchanged carpet - Too bad you're stuck with it.
Terrible contact info. - Only support by email. No phone. Slow in response. Very frustrating.
BUYER BEWARE rug pad sheds black particles
BUYER BEWARE. Their rug pad will start shedding black flecks all over your floor when the carpet is pulled apart for washing. I purchased in 11/22 and the rug pad is shedding black material in just a little over a year. Out of warranty, by 2 months. Very disappointed in their rug pad as I expected with the price it would last more than a year. Pads were never washed and the rugs were washed according to directions. The carpets themselves are wearing well, but forget their rug pad.
Pretty good but beware color
Fast shipping and packaged well. Pretty easy to put together. We have purchased 2 rugs from here and both colors were much faded in person compared to the pictures online - it looks faded/dirty. Due to the hassle of returns and the fact that we have to pay a restocking fee, we decided to just keep the rugs.
Ruggables is NOT a USA Product
I have spent thousands of dollars on Ruggables believing they are American products but now I’ve learned that ALL Ruggables are manufactured from materials from China. This is a huge disappointment and a betrayal in that Ruggables is not transparent. Material from China is created by slave labor AND supports a country that is a known threat to the United States of America. (And if you look at pollution figures, China and India are at the top of the list.)
