Rug N Roll was awesome! The customer service was super friendly, honest, and really knew their stuff. I’m sooo happy with everything. I strongly recommend checking out their wool collection—hand-tufted, pebbles, all of it… I honestly wanna get every single one! They’re not like most places these days. Seriously, they’re the best!

Truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The man who I spoke with was kind, compassionate and showed a genuine care for their product and customers. The first rug we ordered unfortunately had a fault, and as it was the last one in stock, they immediately let us know that the order couldn’t be fulfilled, he helped us chose a replacement, offered to refund the difference, and also offered to give us store credit too on top of this, as well as ensuring fast delivery and an extra underlay too complimentary! Unbelievably fantastic and couldn’t recommend enough!! Will be buying from here again definitely!
