I initially purchased the 20kg adjustable dumbbells as I wasn’t sure how reliable the locking mechanism would be. From the moment I started using them, I was genuinely impressed with the build quality, finish, and how secure and stable they felt during workouts. The adjustment system is smooth and gives you confidence while lifting.

As someone who follows a consistent weight training routine, I quickly realised that 20kg wouldn’t be enough for my progression. I reached out to the owner to see if an upgrade was possible, not expecting much—but the response completely exceeded my expectations. They were extremely understanding and generous, allowing me to swap to the 32kg set by simply paying the difference.

The whole process was seamless, quick, and handled with a genuine customer-first attitude, which is quite rare these days. It’s clear they stand behind their products and truly care about their customers’ fitness journeys.

Highly recommend Rug and Rig Fitness for both the quality of their equipment and their exceptional service. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I bought the Assault Bike from Rug and Rig Fitness after a challenging process to receive the exact model as described. The bike arrived with significant issues due to poor packaging and handling — several parts were missing or damaged, and assembly revealed quality and stability problems. Customer service was slow to respond. In the end the owner contacted me to actively resolve everything. He promptly replaced a product as described, and with high quality (similar to the adjustable dumbbells I have previous bought from rug and rig).
The transportation/shipping company let them down. Thus lowering the product review from 5 stars due to delivery issues. I would only recommend buying from them if you’re confident their shipping and transport partners can handle large items properly.

Dropped one of the adjustable weights and accidentally broke it whilst working out. I came over to Rug and Rig Fitness’s location in Bayswater and was assisted by Lawrence who was kind enough to repair the weight and replace the part I had broken. It was a difficult job, but he was extremely persistent, going out of his way to fix it for me in a timely manner. In the end, he had the weight working even better than it did previously. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by Lawrence. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A true asset to the business. I was recently in the market for some equipment for my home gym, and came across Rug and Rig Fitness. Their pricing was very reasonable, and Lawrence was outstanding—he answered all my questions and gave great advice on the setup.

When I made my purchase decision and decided to pick-up the equipment from the warehouse, Lawrence personally helped load it into my car. One piece didn’t quite fit, but he quickly arranged a local delivery for the very next day. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

I also had to do a refund on some items due to a change of mind, and the process was also smooth and pain-free.
