What is this company doing well? The customer support!
Ordered the dumbbell rack, adjustable bench and the adjustable dumbbells. All good products and work well as expected. Installing the adjustable Dumbbells I made a complete mess of, which you would expect with most companies when calling customer service to get back to you in a couple of days and to be put on hold etc. Adelle was great with delivery and to ensure everything arrived without me calling. When i Fu@#$ up the dumbbell arrangement, i emailed Adelle, and within minutes Praba called me to assist me with everything. Afterhours also!! The 5 Starts are for the Customer Service and will be the one of the reasons i will order more and recommend this company. Great Job and Keep it up

Fantastic customer service - super speedy to handle my request to change a barbell package to suit my needs. Awesome price. Great that it is free pickup - my only advice is for the pickup point to have greater signage (business logo or something) - it was hard to find.
Good strong packaging. Quality of the bumper plates look great - yet to use the barbell but looks good and good quality. Although I'm not sure that the thickness of the bar is to spec for a women's bar - it seems thicker then the women's 15kg standard but time will tell. Overall happy customer.
