Very nice design but the fabric leaves a glittering essence to the clothes
I liked very much the design which what my kid loves and how good the experience of ordering amd receiving the rug was. However, after sitting in the rug our clothes were glittering and that "glitter" didn't go away when washing them which isn't sth we expected or appreciated too much.

Great Experience with Rugvista. Mind delivery vendors
The whole exprerience with rugvista its self was great. From navigating the site up to the delivering and post -purchase updates. The only issue I would like to point out is the courier vendor policy.Note that the 2 out of 3 rugs was here in Greece from 15th of December and I have just received them early in January. UPS told me that it doesn't make domestic deliveries. Instead it collaborates with local vendors for doing so. No problem with that. But I think that UPS should be accountable for its domestic vendors delays and not answering like "we do not make domestic deliveries. It is a problem of our domestic partner". And you have to call them and wait on the phone to receive this answer. Otherwise client will assume that either rugvista or UPS don't keep their promises regarding delivering times.

The packaging of the rugs is problematic - you can’t send a rug folded in 4 and not a roll . It’s been a week and we still cannot use it , it will it take ages until it’s flat , if it will ever be !

It is important to us that your expectations match the rug you receive. We apologise that your rug arrived not in the conditions you were expecting and we highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
We can see that you have not been in contact with our customer service. Please be assured that we always want to find a good solution for both parties. We therefore offer free returns without a reason in the 30 days after the order was delivered to you or within one or two years if it is a warranty case.
As we ship internationally, we have to follow the guidelines set by our shippers - they have restrictions on the measurements of international shipments. As such, many of our rugs need to be folded for shipping.
The fold marks should go away by themselves in the next few days/weeks. The rug's material has a natural combination that makes it regain its structure and shape after being laid out flat. I have added two tips below that will help you get rid of the fold marks a bit quicker:
1. Roll the rug up tightly, with the pile on the inside, and leave it rolled-up for a couple of days. Rolling the rug up should help the warp regain its original shape.
2. Put down heavy objects, such as books, on the areas where the rug is not flat, in order to help push the warp and pile down again.
We hope these tips help! If you decide to keep the rug and the fold marks are particularly resistant and nothing helps, please reach out to us within 1-2 months. We would be happy to take another look and help further.
