I have never received an update about dispatch.
I have never received an update about the dispatch, even though you were on point sending me the certificate of my rug right after payment. And I never had any contact from FedEx either. We could have not being at home and from previous experience FedEx do not put any effort to inform about scheduled delivery.
The carpet has arrived by good luck and it is gorgeous. Soft and very nice to step on barefoot. We loved the colours and how the narrow ends finishing are. Very satisfies. But please change delivery company at least for Greece.
