Amazing product, random delivery
Many scalable searching parameters in the webshop makes easier to find what is fit to my needs. Delivered product meets (or exceeds) to the expectations.
Experience would be 5*, but delivery was received by accident only, parcel tracking of UPS is unserviceable. It is not accpeteble with pre-paid products.

Correct buy
The website was informative, it gave all the necessary information about the carpet. Delivery was extrafast and smoothly going. The colour of the carpet was quite similar as displayed on the website, albeit somewhat darker blue but this is still OK for us. The only (slight) disappointment is the material of the carpet - this is polypropilene, which is pure synthetic and never feels like "artificial wool" as indicated on the website (I know that I should not have expected anything better). So alltogether, I'm satisfied with the purchase.
