Great service and were able to help rectify problem.

We had an emergency need to replace a dishwasher in our offices or no-one would have been able to drink coffee! Within 3 hours of contacting them Ruislip Appliances had taken our old machine away, tidied up the mess around the old broken machine and installed the new one. Normal coffee service was resumed! Great job guys, thanks!

I was pleasantly surprised to see so many top brand items on display in one area. I like a bargain so the option to buy display items which were current, in good condition and at considerably less than full price was irresistable. The four items I purchased have proved to be better than my expectations and I will return to Ruislip Appliances as a first call for future kitchen electrical requirements.

I bought from Ruislip Appliances in 2009 when they were highly recommended to me by a friend. I was very impressed then and have used them very recently again. Needless to say, the level of service and ability to source the exact product I was after, was a smooth operation from initial phonecall to finished and timely delivery. I had a hiccup with one of the products but Ruislip Appliances were patient, understanding and helpful throughout and helped me sort the issue.
I would not hesitate for a nano second to recommend Ruislip Appliances to anyone!

I have never yet found a Website that sells something i needed with staff who actually know what they are talking about, after several calls to Ruislip Appliances & speaking with 2 of their staff i soon had enough good information to make my choice from the ranges they offer. I thought that i knew what i wanted but after speaking with the staff, and the advice that they gave me i changed my mind and ended up purchasing appliances better than i thought i would get for the budget i had.

One of the few suppliers to have the Miele microwave I wanted in stock to look at, although the colour was white and not black as my wife wanted. Not a problem I could have any colour in a few days.
Phoned the shop on the Friday, ordered and paid over the phone.
Shop called back on the following Wednesday, "you can collect your microwave today or we can deliver tomorrow", being local we collected straight away.
The price offered without any asking was better than any other supplier, and another plus was there was no pressure to buy any dubious warranties.
We have bought from this company many years previously, and will ask them to quote for any appliances we wish to purchase in the future.

We have just bought 2 Duplex night storage heaters from Ruislip Appliances.
They suggested an electrician to fit them. So Mike picked up the heaters from Ruislip, delivered them to us and fitted them.
Everything was done and dusted within a week and now we are as warm as toast.
Great service all round.

Saw oven on eBay and thought starting price was too good to be true. Anyway, placed bid and won appliance. Contacted seller about collection and they were more than helpful.
When a went to collect goods, again, very friendly service and efficient too. Hints given (such as how not to pick oven up) and help into car. Overall a really easy, pleasing transaction and the Siemens oven is a good piece of basic kit. I would definitely recommend Ruislip Appliances and will consider them as a primary contact when I am refitting my kitchen

What I call a back to a traditional proper shop where you can speak to knowledgeable people who advise what's best for you and not the cash register. I got great advice and steered to products that suited me. I was originally going for expensive products with even looking at features. I soon learned that I needed to look for what I wanted to use it for.
Great sound advice and I ended up saving money. It made such a change to speak to people who knew all about everything they sold in detail. Instead of those giant warehouse shops who seem to flog you whatever they have in stock. Even the delivery was great. The driver waited 15 minutes for the Kitchen fitter to finish and then brought the items into the house. Will definitely be shopping here again!

I originally ordered the washing machine from Ruislip Appliances as I was told the item could be delivered on Friday 2nd Nov. This was important as my partner was at home that day. The next day I found out that the washing machine would be delivered on Thursday 1st Nov; Friday was not an option. We then had to change our plans in order to be at home when the thing was delivered.

Nick and his colleagues give excellent advice, service and products.

As a bonus they are all good company.

The sales staff were extremely friendly and efficent in providing prices, which were excellent.

I ordered a product that was not new. Although it was out of stock, they still ordered a new product and charged me the same price. Delivery was swift and easy as well!

No-one could have been more helpful during the entire process, particularly the delivery guys who shifted a 50 year old, cast iron casing old freezer to get the new one in.
