I went to Ruislip Appliances looking for a fridge freezer after doing some research online. They answered all my questions and explained the most suitable appliance for my situation. They were straightforward and I felt they did me a good deal as well.

Its nice to actually buy from a retailer that is online and on the high street for a change, cant quite beat talking to a human, from this country and with out waiting on hold.

Nick was exceptionally polite and informative.... he certainly knows his onions when it comes to things other than onions like fridges and cookers etc

It has been over ten years since I moved 75 miles away from their main store but always return if I need to replace any appliance.
I find the staff helpful and imformative, to buy the right appliance for your own needs can be a minefield and good advise is very rare these days. Their stock levels are very good and delivery can be immediate. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruislip Appliances

Now that I have typed that, I wonder if its someone else's slogan but its a good description of Ruislip Appliances.

We surfed the site, found the products we wanted, even found a graded item that saved us money. The Ovens had to be ordered and we were informed at each stage.

The graded item ( a hob ) was actually perfect and still in its original packaging, a true bargain!

So we got everything we wanted with absolutely no fuss a real pleasure.

I thought the staff we're very knowledgeable and helpful.
The product choice was good and they were happy to order in stock if they didn't have it.
I have used Ruislip Appliances several times in the past and will continue to do so with future purchases.
What more can I say....

Needed to buy a new oven. Called Ruislip Appliances for a price on a Siemens Ovens. The Sales Person immediately told me that they had the exact model in stock but it was Graded and I could save myself £200. The damage was on the side and as this is a built-in unit I would not even see the damage when installed. Also that the oven comes with a 2 years manufacturers guarantee just like a brand new one. Damage was exactly as explained over the phone. Got delivered the next day by 2 friendly delivery men. Great Service. I would definitely use them again if I needed to replace any of my appliances. Thank you for the great service, hard to find these days.

These guys have offer the sort of knowledge that you just don't get in a 'chain' supplier. They know their stuff but don't just push the most expensive product on you. I liked the fact that they listened to my requirements and budget and sold me a product that suited my needs. Delivery arrived on time as promised, installed with no issues.
Definitely will use again.

The staff were knowledeable, and polite. Their advice was spot-on and really useful. The website was easy to use and the explanations of technical terms was thankfully received. Delivery was quick and they followed through on all their promises. I would reccomend them again.

I went into the Denham branch of Ruislip Appliances after being very disturbed by the lack of service in my local Currys and Comet stores. I was looking for a washing machine and dishwasher for my new house. I was immediately taken aback by the look and feel of the store which was lightyears ahead of the so called "premier" branded stores I had previously visited on several dreary retail parks. The manager of the store, Tristan, was immediately on hand to offer me advice and help on the decision that I was looking to make. The beauty of the service was that there was no pushing of certain brands in my direction due it being the current "offer of the week", which I found especially annoying at the previous larger stores I had been to. The advice was both knowledgable and intelligent and this was exactly what I was looking for to clarify my decision. Although I never made them aware of my budget during the visit, I was never pushed into looking at only the most expensive products. The purchases I made were purely based on sound advice from Tristan and on the products that we both agreed best suited my requirements.This turned out to be the best decision I made as the appliances have been absolutely perfect since they were delivered- delivery coming as part of the package. I really cannot recommend Ruislip Appliances highly enough. If you are looking for an appliance centre that knows what they are talking about, yet take the time and effort to listen to your requirements to ensure you get what you are looking for and not what they want to sell you, then look no further.

I have been using ruislip aappliances in the region of six years , We are a good sized sub contract 7 main build contractor with a turnover in excess of 30M, If i need anything in the white goods sector, i woundl,t consider anyone else until i exhaused the Rusilip route.
Very knowledgable sales chaps, although it does help to have a idea of what you require before calling to maximise their strengths.
