Delivery driver left on the doorstep rang the bell and ran. Luckily we were in otherwise it would’ve got wet.

Having checked our records we can see that this was due to no mobile number being provided and DHL, who were the courier in this instance, do send text messages with delivery time slots. That said, thank you for flagging this to us, and as a result, we are making the need for a mobile number clearer to our customers on the delivery information forms. Lovely high quality items
Lovely items! I ordered 2 of the marble topped coffee tables with brushed gold legs and couldnt be more happy. Delivery was quick and the items were exceptionally well wrapped. Only 1 thing is that the screws provided were 2 short to attach the legs( 10mm) . Luckily my husband went to get 20mm screws instead which did the job. Apart from that- very happy.

Ordered a large coolie lampshade in…
Ordered a large coolie lampshade in Slobby Hopsack, but e-mailed first to check on colour. They assured me it was a cream colour and would go with my cream walls, but on arrival it was more white than cream. Also it was not packaged well and was just rattling around in a big box. Having now read reviews it seems this happens a lot. Too expensive to return as the box is so big.

Broken lamp received, total of £18 postage costs paid
I bought lamp online from Ruma, paying £8 for delivery.
Unfortunately it arrived broken, it was packaged in a way which made me think it was someone else's return and the lamp was literally falling apart upon arrival.
So I paid £10 to return it for a refund.
Total of £18 to not have a lamp isn't a great experience to be honest, probably not somewhere I'd rush to buy from again.
