Best running shop I’ve ever been to
Best running shop I’ve ever been to. Staff are really friendly, really helpful, and not at all pushy! I’ve been in for new shoes several times and on every single occasion I have never felt pressured to purchase anything, despite the staff having spent a long time with me finding different shoes for me to try.

Amazing customer service
I Went into store for a gait analysis the customer service I received was amazing and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend going to the run company to get fitted for running shoes.
No Refund Policy
We purchased a pair of shorts for £60 and 5 days later returned them to the store. They refused to issue a refund and gave a credit note instead. This is after we had spent £450 on shoes. They took 3 weeks to respond to me so after sales service is zero. I would not recommend visiting this store. Go on-line, better price and better service.
Miss sold item, bad advice and poor customer service from store staff
Went into the Southampton store for gait analysis and new trainers. After the initial consultation seemingly went quite well. The shop worker proceeded to show me three pairs of trainers that he said would suit my style of running. After buying a pair recommended by the assistant. I’ve proceeded to look them up online only to find out that the item I bought was not what he described but also a females version. I contacted customer service to ask to speak with the store manager, unfortunately they were unavailable so I asked for a refund, he persuaded me to call the Chichester branch. I ended up speaking with the owner of the company who was very apologetic and offered to order in the correct shoes and deliver them to me in person as a way of making up for the inconvenience. I agreed to this and happily received a phone call from a member of staff saying my trainers had arrived but could not be delivered until the 3rd of July, over a week after my original purchase. I was told if I wanted them sooner I could come in to store in person and get them sooner, I said I couldn’t guarantee being able to come in but would try. If I hadn’t picked them up by the 2nd I would have the owner deliver them as promised. I managed to make it to the store but was told the trainers had been taken away by the owner to deliver on the 3rd. An unfortunate miscommunication but still annoying as I had travelled over 20 miles to get to the store. As things were getting a bit much I again wanted to cut my losses and receive a refund. I was told I couldn’t have a refund, so I stated I was entitled to one as I was miss sold and given incorrect information by the Southampton staff member. As I was explaining the interaction, the Chichester staff member proceeded to over talk me and become argumentative, which admittedly in turn made me frustrated and told her to stop talking so I could explain myself. She refused to acknowledge my complaint and didn’t even try to de-escalate the situation. I was made to feel unwelcome in store and left before I said anything else. At this point I proceeded to call the customer service team to explain the situation, I made a complaint about the staff but knowing it’s he said she said nothing will come from this. The customer service advisor was very helpful and listened he agreed to issue a refund so I had to return to the store. The staff member that had been rude was nowhere to be seen.
Overall it feels like the Southampton store used the gait analysis as an excuse to sell me anything they had left in my size. And the Chichester store made no attempt to de-escalate the situation only making things worse by arguing, if they were unable to do anything in store, they could’ve easily contacted member of management, but didn’t.
If it wasn’t for the owner and customer service advisors on the phone who did try to help but were let down by poor staff I would have given 1 star

My New Trainers
I have today just bought my second pair of trainers from the Woking store. On both occasions the service , advice and fitting have been excellent. On both occasions I have been served by Emma, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you and definitely 5 stars minimum. Kevin

I ordered the wrong item by mistake. The Run Company dealt with it far better than I ever would imagined. Very rare to receive such service these days!

Possibly the BEST customer service I have ever had. Super friendly, personal (nice chat, not just generic cut-and-paste type email responses), and they fixed the issue without any hesitation. Honestly I can’t rate them highly enough for this. Thanks guys.
