Having looked at other reviews I’m now realising that it’s a scam. Like others I paid for a Xmas decoration, was charged more than expected. Tracked it for weeks all round the world & then it was suddenly saying it’s delivered. It’s not.
Customer service refuses to refund me they just keep saying it’s been delivered to me.

Ordered a Christmas tree decoration way back in September 2024. Didn't realise it was coming from halfway round the world but the tracking was updated every step of the way ( supposedly....) all the way through China, USA to the UK. Once it arrived in the UK, it was tracked to a depot less than an hour away from me....where it supposedly sat for 2 weeks. When I queried it, I was told it was lost and they'd send another. Whether they did or not, I don't know but there was no tracking this time....I chased it up after a couple of weeks, it had allegedly got lost again so I asked for a full refund. They decided that suddenly there was a problem with the parcel with royal mail and I had to chase it up with them. Surprise surprise.....tracking number not recognised with the royal mail. Asked again for a refund and have been ignored.

Avoid this company!!
Been waiting weeks for my item from the USA although I thought it was a UK company complain to them and they make out they are trying their best for you when it should be them apologising for their dismal delivery times I complained through klarna and awaiting a refund as I've been patient enough

do not order from this company. They took more money than they should have done from my account. it took 3 weeks to deliver said items. when they arrived they were totally damaged and unfit for purpose. They refuse to give me a full refund and it was not an option to resend the goods as they would not arrive in time for Christmas. Their customer service is shocking. i provided proof with photographs and they even admitted their warehouse knew one item was damaged when they sent it!!!!!!AVOID at all costs.

I bought a lovely looking craft item a month ago and like others followed it long and tiring journey from America all the way to the point when to my surprise it said it was delivered to me!
I’ve not seen it despite being Homer as work from home, yet they insists it’s in a safe place??!!

I’m livid. Almost £40 down the drain just before Christmas so I’m hoping they’ll come good and actually tell me where this safe place is!!??

So far all I get is ask my neighbours and family members!?

They have now told me that they’ve sent it and it’s supposedly been delivered so nothing more they can do.
It is in my boiler room apparently?!!

Like many others reviewing these fraudsters, I was charged £3.40 extra on top of the £16 for the item, so they just routinely slap on extra costs. Amazingly I managed to get it refunded when I complained. I then got c 10 mails tracking the item in the US and then a month ago confirmation that it was in the UK and since then silence. No reply at all to my emails. They're just rip-off merchants. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a Christmas decoration, it took weeks to come from China and it didn’t look anything like the photo . Biggest load of rubbish . Won’t recommend and won’t buy again

Absolute scammers, ordered item over 4 weeks ago. Took 2 weeks to travel across the US to find a plane to take it to UK. Has now been in UK for 10 days and appears to have been diverted to a housing estate in Cardiff.

Fake website full of fake reviews. Just look at the other reviews. Bad spelling, americanised. Not real.

Same as others charged £13 for a £6 cost of item and £3 delivery. So far nothing has arrived.

My order was £13.98 but they charged £16.78 to my credit card. No option to cancel. Best to avoid this site.

They charge me nearly double the price of the stuff I purchased.
It’s only £16 including delivery and they took £21 from my bank and no option to cancel my purchase.
This a very unreliable company. I don’t recommend this.

After more than a month waiting for the delivery I ordered the same item somewhere else (cheaper and it arrived the next day) and requested my order be cancelled.

Runkiwi would not cancel it and when it was finally delivered they refused to provide return instructions for another month of emailing back and forth. When they finally did so the return address was in China and the cost of shipping is more than the item is worth.

PayPal has so far refused to intervene because I received the item more than a month ago, which I suspect is why runkiwi delayed join providing return instructions for so long. Avoid at all costs.

Beware this is a Chinese scamming organisation. I purchased what I thought was from a legitimate site on Facebook. I purchased the 2024 Christmas Sale-DIY Heart Shaped Hand Embroidered Christmas Ornament Kit full set (8 types) for £34.99. I got a further 10% off for being a new customer. Since it was under £40 I didn’t receive free shipping so with shipping and discount it came to £35.48. I should have known it was too good to be true especially as they were selling other things unrelated to embroidery on their website. When I checked my charge from PayPal it showed I was charged more than the agreed amount with vat added on after the fact. I opened up a dispute with PayPal with the additional amount being added on. I’ve since come to find out what a scamming company this is. They admit in their T&C they can change their products and price at will after the purchase agreement. They only acknowledge they are operating out of China when you read the fine print. They warn that you will be charged with customs fees and prices may be changed by your bank with exchange rates. All of our transactions are based in US Dollars.

Runkiwi T&C:

If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Never been so disappointed with a purchase than I was with this one. DO NOT puchse anything from this company. Absolute rubbish!

I saw a lovely tree decoration advert on FB (I know) and thought, I'll buy that. Checked the company and it was, so thought, based in the UK..thats where the problem started.
The item was only £7.00 but i paid more than DOUBLE that in postage. Then the penny dropped. I thought, China or USA???
I contacted them immediately and was told you can't have a refund we've issued your purchase?
Then came the next highly suspicious email - track your package...
A company that does not exist, (Cor Business) that supposidly is a Logistics Company and my purchase was sitting in Tucson, 8572 which, surprisingly, does not exist in Arazona??
From 5th October-7th October is sat in Tucson
From 7th October it left the sorting centre
From 9th October it arrived in Montgomery 36191 and surprisingly, this is a location in the middle of the Rolling Hills in Montgomery???
From 12th October it arrived at USA Customs
From 15th October it was being inspected by Customs?
From 18th October is was shipped to the United Kingdom
From 20th October it arrived at UK Customs
From 23rd October it cleared Customs............
Wow!!! It arrived at my doorstep at the same time.
This is where the 'scam' gets interesting.
The very small, white jiffy bag arrived with a postal address from :
Unit G, Cedar Court Walker Road, Forest Business Park, Bardon Hill, Leicestershire England, LE67 1TU...the business website I just checked said "this site was no longer open" Checkout Companies House...no sign of them??? Nor is there any company registered as Runkiwi.co.uk

Oh and it was posted on 22nd October from Coalville so how could it have still been sitting in Customs???

So folks, as you can see, whomever Runkiwi.co.uk is they sure as anything ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS.

I apologise for this really long review but I hate scammers.

I'd love to be proved wrong and would apologise if the organisation actually came forth with the truth.

Oh and by the way - the product I purchased was cheep as chips/tatty and NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERT.

UPDATE, 25th October 2025: Apparently, according to a runkiwi email received this morning, my package is "in transit".....I wonder at what point I get an email to say it's been lost???

Stay well clear. Order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and when it did it was absolute cheap sh!t

Also be aware of tax being added to your bill after I had to open a dispute to pay pal which I won.

I sent umpteen emails with absolutely no response to any of them.
