No problems (despite other poor reviews)

I ordered some Asics trainers (latest model) on 6 March - £50 cheaper than most other retailers. I then came across some of the negative reviews on Trust Pilot and became concerned. I didn't get an email to confirm my order had been dispatched so after a few days I logged into my account and saw it had been marked as dispatched. When I clicked on the tracking info I got a 404 error message. I emailed customer services however and I got a reply back the same day with tracking info. I was then able to track my order via GLS and subsequently Parcelforce and it has just been delivered - 1 week after placing the order. Trainers are perfect and exactly as expected! So no concerns from me. Would have been good to get a dispatch confirmation email - but all in all can't fault this company and their service.

AVOID please.

Purchased some trainers last year which i decided to return due to sizing. After a month i realised i was not refunded for the item therefore contacted them. They stated they are unable to refund because they haven't receive parcel. It was just my luck as well that the delivery driver that picked up the parcel did not give a tracking number so was unable to provide that but jogging point stated they will check the warehouse for the trainers but did not do this as they later claimed they are unable to refund if i do not provide tracking number! This is the short story of back and forth emails. AVOID. Unhelpful and unwilling customer service.

The worst experience I’ve ever had

The worst experience I’ve ever had. My order was due a week ago & now I’m constantly ignored on email. The tracking shows as waiting to be dispatched so they either do not have the stock or are yet to update the tracking. Either way, I’ve not received an apology or even acknowledgment. The most shocking service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Just what I ordered with £35 saving!

Well, what can I say? I read some pretty dodgy reviews about this site, but also some positive ones. As the running shoes i wanted were £30 cheaper on jogging point and had free postage I thought I'd take a chance. Ordered on Friday, Parcel Force email on Tuesday to say they would be with me Thursday...less than a week from order to delivery. Just arrived, and are exactly what I ordered. I am well pleased, Thank you.

No Goods, rubbish customer service

I placed an order 12 days ago, you claim to have delivered a week ago but I was 20 miles away at work, the delivery note said 'left on doorstep', which is 2 steps up from a busy pavement and I have no trainers. I then filled in the form you sent me to report it (printed, signed, scanned - not really a good online process!). I heard nothing at all, inspite sending in emails to chase.

When I called this morning I'm first told I've had my goods, then when I correct him I'm told it'll be a while longer for you to investigate before you can tell me what's happened, but in the mean-time you've run out of stock of the trainers I've ordered so will no longer be able to supply me anyway.

I requested to talk to a manager, director or owner to try to get a quick resolution so I can order elsewhere (ideally in the sales!) - I'm told they're all busy. I asked for one of them to call me back, I'm told they wont.

DON'T USE THEM - THE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

Selling stock they don't have...

items listed on the website as in stock despite having no idea when or if they receive the items you have paid for , after just shy of 4 weeks and repeated emails my order has been cancelled, they admitted they had no idea when they were expecting stock in ....why waste everybody's time taking money and still advertising the product on your website?
I should have listened to the reviews and purchased elsewhere , no notification of when my refund will be processed but looking at the experiences of other customers I could be in for a battle here too...

Cheap prices

Cheap prices , tracked delivery , week to deliver , Nike odyssey react trainers from a Monday. I'm sure the bad reviews had their reasons but I had absolutely no problem.

Just had my delivery from jogging…

Just had my delivery from jogging point. Only taken 3 days from ordering. At first when I seen all the bad reviews I was a bit sceptical on ordering from jogging point but realised I could pay by pay pal so it was nice having that as a back up. I didn't need it. It arrived on time and I'm very happy with the service I've received. I'll certainly be ordering from them again.

Don't believe want you read...

Well what can I say... Wanted some new running trainers that other sports shoe companies could not provide, ordered straight away from this company AND then read the reviews... I thought I've done the wrong thing here by ordering my running shoes with ALL the negative reviews...Long story short, I would definitely use this company again. I DID get the right trainers, the delivery WAS on time AND the customer service was spot on. Very pleased with everything.

Worst thing ever.

This is the worst thing ever. I ordered a shoes and they didn't mention that it wasn't in the stock. After, they informed me that I will have to wait for a week just so they can send it. Funny enough, a week later they informed me that the shoes will be available after two months !!!......The money return process is painful not to mention they don't answer any calls whatsoever.

AVOID

*WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE*

Sent me the wrong shoes and wrong size, inadequately packaged and several days after the announced delivery date. I'm now trying to get my money back because based on their initial email response (contact number leads to recorded voice and music - no help there) I will have to pay for return shipment.

Good luck getting anything from Jogging-Point.co.uk.

These people are best avoided. I will make sure to review them wherever possible.

Ordered before I saw the reviews here…

Ordered before I saw the reviews here but I had a good experience. I gave 4 stars as the order did take 6 days after it showed 'shipped' but I got a quick response when emailing them and they sent the UPS tracking details so no big deal. Price was much cheaper than other sites.

No communication whatsoever but fast…

No communication whatsoever but fast and accurate delivery!
No responds to e-mails with questions about delievery, but my shoes (bought them 30 euros cheaper than other websites indicated) where at my place in 3 workdays.

Zero Customer Service to deal with purchased faulty item

Whether you have dealings with Jogging-Point.de or co.uk..PLEASE check the reviews on Trust pilot before thinking of purchasing from this company...As some have reiterated..I wish we had.
As you will get very similar reviews of what I have experienced recently.
My son purchased for me some Assics trainers of the kind I have had many times before.
The inner sole of one of the shoes has begun to perish since only Xmas. This highlights some concern to me of the originality of the running shoes. I have never experienced Assics running shoes to wear in such poor manner after only some 80 miles of treadmill running in 8 weeks.
More disconcerting is the customer service I have received; or lack of in the past couple of weeks. I understand they would not accept photo evidence of the inner erosion of the sole as that expressed by the one and only email I received. They did say they would send out a free return label instead- they have not.
Since when my correspondence via emails have been ignored. Clearly wishing me to go away and just accept the faulty goods I have received..Well I will not and by hook or by crook (pun intended) I will do my damnedest to get either a replacement or full refund.
At this juncture I am very disappointed and annoyed by the poor service I have received by Jogging-Point.
I do hope in the coming week or so, I will be able to add a positive note to my experiences of this company. That being if they do show an ounce of common decency and deal with my complaint over purchased faulty item in earnest.

Quick delivery (also to The Netherlands)

Ordered running shoes on Sunday evening, got a Track & Trace code from PostNL on Monday and received the shoes in perfect condition on Tuesday already! I am from the Netherlands, and didn't expect the delivery to be so quick. Will surely order again!

Avoid

Avoid. Did not give UPS full address, so package could not be delivered. Impossible to contact as phone is always engaged. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
