BAD BAD BAD ?

This company is a scam, do not buy anything from them, they will not send you any item or contact you regarding the order, should be report the police.

I unfortunately did not read the other TrustPilot reviews -- as per the other victims here, my order never arrived. What I did receive though (after a week) was an email from Jogging Point saying they had cancelled my order because the payment didn't go through. It most definitely did. I tried many times to reach someone at Jogging Point, but it was a pointless exercise. What doesn't help is that their co.uk site is a decoy, they're actually based in Germany. I am now going through my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Absolutely appalling. Not clear because it has a .uk website that the company is based in Germany. I had to send the shoes back because they were the wrong size. No acknowledgement of receipt of the shoes. No response at all to multiple messages. Did eventually get a refund but I have learnt my lesson and will never ever buy from these again and will always check websites thoroughly to check they are UK based. Being based in another country is no excuse for not responding to messages, google translate would mean they could translate my messages....

Payed £65 for a pair of nike lunarglide after no sign of them for a week or so i emailed got no reply two further emails prompted a response about problems in the warehouse yeah right !
Contacted credit card company and raised a dispute .
Emailed again last week they have now cancelled my order and lo and behold money hasnt been put back into my account use these guys at your own risk people

Awful service - do not be fooled by the cheap prices! I waited over a week for my trainers to be delivered and they have now been returned to sender. I have emailed jogging-point on 3 occasions and have had absolutely no response. I have also tried calling them using the number on their website and it went to an automated message with no option to leave a message despite calling them during working hours. I feel that at this rate it is very unlikely I will be refunded.

The price of my Asic Cumulus 18 was incredibly good, the downside being I had to accept a lime green colour but this seemed a very fair trade off. I was a little concerned seeing the reviews here (after I made the purchase) and remained so when I was unable to login to the website which didn't recognise my email. I called them in Germany to ask when I could expect delivery and spoke to a helpful lady who said that their dispatch machinery was broken and so no orders would be dispatched for the time being. Still concerned. However the shoes arrived (from Germany) by UPS three days after placing the order and they were just as ordered. Conclusion: a small company who make their money selling unwanted stock at cheap prices but fundamentally honest even if they seem a little rough round the edges.

Be careful with these guys. My shoes didn't turn up. They didn't respond to emails. I called them. They said the shoes had got lost and offered to send me another pair in a different size (?!). I asked for a refund - they said they would refund me when the shoes turned up with them. I said no way - refund me now. After talking to someone the guy comes back and tells me he needs my iban number - how was he going to refund me without it when the shoes turned up, I wonder? Anyway, I will wait to see if I ever get the money back...and will change my review accordingly when I do. Given some of the reviews below I have my doubts.

Ordered same make model of Asics that I have had many times before from differnt suppliers and always exactly the same size - but these were 75mm narrower than all others of same size and unwearable. Emailed them and just got the curt message that the shoes sizes always come out different with no indication of what I do with £80 worth of shoes - sent follow up email asking about their returns and no further message. How can you order online from a company that says the shoes sizes differ depending on the batch. £80 expensive for a pair of runing shoes now destined for charity shop. Avoid this company like the plague. My own fault for not checking Trustpilot first as there are plenty of similar bad experiences reported.

Super fast delivery and well packaged

I got slight put off looking at some of the reviews on this site. However i took a gamble which i was glad i did. It was a fast delivery with the right order for a very good price.

I ordered a product, then tried to cancel the order. A week, five emails and a tweet later I have had no response from them. Buy from them at your own risk.

I was quite apprehensive about my order after I read some of the below reviews but thankfully my order arrived quickly and was much cheaper than anywhere else online.

Ordered trainers for my young daughter, they never arrived, contacted them via email & twitter various times & got no response. BEWARE. despite being .co.uk they are a German company & therefore not UK based.

I bought a pair of trainers from this site that were the cheapest I could find online. They were shipped in good time but unfortunately the package has been lost in transit so I have never received the trainers. I have emailed Jogging Point 3 TIMES over the space of a month and have not received so much as even a auto response to say they have received it. Very disappointing service and I will not use them again because of this. As I see it, I am £75 down with no item and absolutely no assistance towards a resolution.

Found their prices competetive and ordered a pair of New Balance Vazee Coast. When I tried the shoes on back home they were not as expected, hence I send them back for a refund(as advertised).
They were not interested in taking the shoes back and did not even bother to pick them up when informed on the delivery by Deutsche Post.
I eventually had the shoes returned and are now using them at work.
This is the only time I will order a pair of running shoes at Jogging Point, when there are so many better options as Wiggle, Sweatshop, Millet and so forth.

Good price, fast shiping to Slovenia (ordered on Monday, received on Saturday)! Very satisfied.

Bought a pair of Mizuno Wave Rider 17 and a pair og Falke socks. Great prices, polite customer service and I got free delivery to Denmark.
- What else could I ask for?

I will definitely take a look at Jogging-Point next time my running shoes wear out :-)
