Zero customer service whatsoever.
My trainers took nearly a week (4 working days) to be delivered but then it could not be delivered to me because of an issue with the address not being complete - strange since I always use PayPal and no one else seems to have this issue.
Anyway, I kept trying to contact them without luck. The phone number given doesn’t even ring and they did not respond to numerous emails until I raised it with PayPal and finally after 2 weeks from when I first ordered the trainers I got my money back.
Stay away and if you want to chance it, at least use PayPal!

Having ordered from them before, I recently ordered two pairs of trainers. They were sent out with an inccorrect address. UPS managed to obtain an alternative address (from who?) and deliver them. I found the boxes in the foyer of a block of flats about 1/2 mile from my house, UPS gave me the address!
However one pair of trainers despite being in the correct box was incorrect, completely different to those I'd ordered. Jogging Point haven't replied to my email and the phone is permanently engaged.

Speedy ship of quality nike pegasus running shoes - yes, from Germany despite the 'co.uk' .. which did cause some panic .. especially after reading the negatives here!

Adding a positive review (which folk often don't tend to do) to restore the balance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are not a UK company, they are based in Germany. Shoes, if you ever get them, come from Germany. They do not answer any emails, the UK telephone number they show on their site does not connect, they do not answer Facebook messages. I ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter for Christmas. When they arrived the colour was wrong so I started trying to contact them for an exchange, as per their site. They never answered. I even tried sending emails in German in case of a translation issue. The trainers were returned via the UPS label that printed from the site. I have tried ringing, email, Facebook all to no avail. They have my trainers, my money and there is nothing I can do about it as they are not in the UK. I’m trying to go via the bank as I used VISA debit but I am not hopeful I will ever get anything back. CROOKS!!!! Be warned !

I returned running shoes which did not fit. The shoes had arrived promptly but I can get no response from jogging point re a refund. They did not acknowledge receipt of the shoes although I had confirmation from the carrier that they had been returned. Jogging point have not responded to my email and their telephone number does not work. I regret ordering from them and fear I have lost £64

Wish I'd have read these reviews first! Bought a pair of trainers which arrived OK (a bit slow), returned as I needed a different size but now haven't heard anything. No acknowledgement, no new trainers, no refund, no response to emails and as others have said the telephone number doesn't work. AVOID!!!

UPDATE 22/01/18 - I have now received a full refund from the company, so not a scam site....just slow to respond!

Seems to be a scam website. Same experience as another reviewer - money deducted from card then two days later an email saying card had been declined. No trainers. No refund. Update: put it up to 2 stars because they returned my money after contacting via Facebook don’t think they’re actually a bad company just that they’re unorganised

Avoid at all costs tried to contact regarding an order I would like to return, mailed them several times and no response, their telephone numbers don't ring ,let alone get answered

After reading alot of bad reviews I have been kept up to date with the delivery of some trainers. Ordered on Saturday and they came today. Thankyou Joggingpoint.

I read a lot of negative views about this site mainly due to its location being in Germany. I ordered my Saucony shoes on Sunday and they arrived today via UPS. In the box, brand new no issues and the price was at least £50 cheaper than any other site ( especially U.K. based ones).
I have no worries about recommending them. Obviously other people have had trouble but it’s worth writing good reviews too.

I should have read the reviews on here first. Ordered a pair of Saucony trainers as they were very competitively priced. Money was taken from my credit card, then 2 days later I received an email advising my order had been cancelled because they had not been able to process payment. 5 days later I still have no trainers and the money has still been deducted from my credit card. The phone number on the UK website goes nowhere, they have not responded to an original email I sent, or replied to the message I sent them via the contact form on the website. Avoid this company.

£20 saved. Bought a pair of Saucony trail shoes from Jogging Point, ordered Thursday Evening and shoes arrived Monday afternoon. Price was £20+ cheaper than UK websites. Excellent Service.
I will say that I have bought and wear the same brand of running shoes, so know the fit. Would think twice about buying a brand of shoes that I hadn't used before, as if fit was incorrect could see issues in returning to Germany.
Will be buying from Jogging Point again.

Ordered a pair of Asics Nimbus 19 lite show from Jogging-Point because they had the best price i could find online. They arrived 3 days later with UPS, right size and right colour. I hesitated to buy from the site because of the bad reviews on trust pilot but everything was ok.

I have been asking for assistance with a refund 7 times, all with zero reply. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!

Found these guys while looking for a specific trail running shoe on google.
They were by far the cheapest retailer of this particular shoe, so I ordered up. I then logged on to trust pilot and was a bit worried after seeing the reviews on here.

I was already aware that despite being a .co.uk site the store would be based abroad as I have ordered outdoor gear from similar sites before. And indeed they confirm it on the website itself.

I see a lot of people have complained about this making it expensive to return products so I had a look and found out you can exchange for no extra postage cost (as long as the exchange is for an order over £75) with the enclosed returns form and label included. Alternatively you can do the same but for a refund and £3.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping.

But anyway, I ordered my shoes, received an order confirmation then 2 days later they arrived via UPS, no problem whatsoever.

Actually glad I didn't look on truspilot first as I might not have ordered from them. Only way it could have been better would be if I had received a dispatch confirmation and/or delivery details.

Ordered trainers and they were delivered from Germany to Fife, Scotland within 4 days. Can't complain about that service! :)

Wasn't until I'd placed my order that i found the reviews on here but they delivered the goods for me no problem

Genuinely thought I was going to be scammed from the amount of poor reviews but was pleasantly proved wrong. I'm based in London. Correct trainers delivered on time, 2 days later with tracking details. To the disappointed reviewers below - could be they've now got their act together.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers from their UK website on Monday (foolishly before checking the company out). And after reading all the reviews on here I was extremely worried. As it happened I received the trainers today and everything was perfect. They emailed me a tracking number and kept me informed all the way through. Excellent service throughout. Fast delivery, free postage and the trainers are perfect. Phew! I was really worried all week. Very, very pleased. :)
