We’ve been using Running Imp for our Colour Run materials for the past three years and have consistently had a great experience. This year, I worked with Abbey, who was absolutely fantastic. She responded quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout.

We have used RunningImp now for a number of years, in particular for race signs and trophies.
We have always found the prices to be competitive and the items delivered promptly, well wrapped and good quality.
We have dealt with Taylor and he has always been responsive to any queries - in particular when we have bulk orders that would be a faff to enter on the website, we just send a schedule of what we want and all the engraving to go on the numerous trophies, and Taylor has sorted everything for us.

Abbie has been brilliant from start to finish, her attention to detail, professionalism and efficient communication have made our presentation day ordering so easy, even adding a last minute order at very short notice with no problems at all. Delighted with all products ordered. Thanks Abbie for all your help, I'll be in touch again next year.

Sam Illsley-Smith was brilliant - communication was fast, all of my questions were answered and we felt like a valued customer. Highly recommend and would want Sam to place my order again in the future. The order was processed and delivered quickly considering it was a branded purchase for our organisation. Very impressed!

I recently ordered 10,000 bespoke medals from this company. During the initial discussions, my clear understanding was that engraving (up to 20 characters) would be included as part of the overall price.

After placing the order , I was informed that engraving would instead be charged at £0.30 per medal. This was not referenced in the order confirmation, quotation, or terms and conditions, and resulted in an unexpected additional cost of approximately £3,000.

I raised this with the company, however they maintained that engraving is a chargeable service and did not accept that it had been agreed otherwise.

As a result, this has been a disappointing experience. The lack of clarity around pricing, and the introduction of a significant additional cost after the order was placed, has had a significant negative impact.

While the medals themselves are of good quality, this experience has significantly affected my confidence and how I will approach supplier decisions going forward.

The staff are always very helpful and the goods arrive when expected. A special thanks to Abbey who was very efficient and pleasant to liaise with. The children love our annual Colour Runs and we are always astounded with the amount of money we raise for our selected charity. Thanks Abbey! :-)

I had ordered our medals later than anticipated and was worried about the order coming on time but Tanisha had responded to any email and call and assured me medals would be despatched that day or the following day. I received the medals a number of days before our event in good condition. The great customer experience is much appreciated. Thank you!

Great communication from start to finish, Catia was so supportive and went out of her way to make any changes I wanted. I will be ordering now every year!

Fantastic job by Abbey when I ordered some t-shirts recently - she was friendly, efficient and very patient with all of my questions! Have dealt with this company a number of times and all staff have been excellent.

Abbey is fabulous!! We use Running Imp regularly as they are reliable, helpful and friendly. Abbey got in touch to ask if we wanted help with our inflatable gantry for our event, as we usually order from Running Imp. They really look after their customers and make the process so easy for us. They are all such lovely people and look after the gantry on the day for us, which helps to make our event run so smoothly.

Abbey was nothing short of amazing in helping to get this over the line. We went back and forth over the design etc, but its fair to say she was always super helpful in making sure we got the best option.
