Order delivered very quickly and spot on with accuracy

Fantastic Service from Taylor Tyson when I needed some engraved trophies on the same day! Taylor sourced an appropriate design, ensured the backroom team were briefed on the urgency, and ensured they were ready for collection within 5 hours! He then followed up with me to check all was well with the order. Couldn't fault it. Friendly and helpful throughout - Superb!! Thank you.

Great service as usual, hence my annual return when it comes to ordering medals and trophies for our School District Basketball League. Taylor Tyson was very quick to response to any communication, and being accommodating when it came to have everything completed by our deadline.

Once again, a five star service from Running Imp. Items were in stock, which meant that they were ordered and paid for, and left the warehouse all within hours, for next day delivery. Well done Running Imp, and especially Sinead for her usual efficiency.

We've used Running Imp a couple of times before for some release medals, and they've always arrived looking great. This was my first time using running imp and I have to say the service received and quality of products was excellent. After contacting through the chat box on their website, I was put in contact with Catia who helped to design t-shirts and bespoke medals for my running event. She brought my design ideas to life and was very diligent throughout, making it a smooth process. I will definitely be using running imp again!

We have used runningimp for a number of years now for medals and trophies for our annual swimming club awards. Their choice, service and in particular value for money are second to none as we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sinead was amazing, her reminder email to order Christmas medals was very much appreciated. Very quick turnaround of request and a pro forma to ensure stock was held whilst we got authorisation from the treasurer. All in all fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Without Sinead we would likely have tried to order too late and had lots of disappointed swimmers who look forward to our Christmas meet for the very cool medals.
