I was worried I’d left it too late for ordering engraved medals for our swimming club championships. I called and spoke to Taylor, who was incredibly helpful. I placed my order and they arrived with me just over 24 hours later. Brilliant service, thank you!

Very good customer service provided by Josh, courteous and efficient, excellent communication. Just let down by their website which for some reason failed to remove past information which was out of date but a minor gripe. Delivery as promised.
