Taylor made the process of ordering some urgent medal ribbons super quick and easy for me. She was thorough in checking what was needed and extremely friendly in her approach. Highly recommend!

This was our first year hosting a Santa Run but, thanks to the fact that the previous hosts had over-ordered, we didn't need anything other than medals.

I put my order in on a Sunday for 60 engraved medals and they arrived on the following Tuesday. Unbelieveable service - much appreciated.

The full process was perfect- Annie was super helpful with any questions I had, never anything was a problem and always quick to respond to help.

Josh was very helpful, and the order was placed quickly and without fuss. Communication was fantastic, the order was received in good time, and the medals are amazing.
