Rural Wifi - Excellent
We have been using the Rural Wifi for about 3 months. The Customer Service is 100%, the hardware is 100% and our reception is better than the broadband at our old house. We give it all 100%, and can not recommend it enough.

I had a problem today 12,11,24 my Internet, it went down, so I rang rural I was speeking with Ciara lovely girl couldent do enough to help me and had me back up and running very quick , all English speeking representatives and great to be able to understand them, I'd highly recommend rurel wifi, can't say anything negative only all positive about this company

Pricey but worth it
I was dealing with Nathan, he was very helpful and gave me great technical advise, ive found it so hard getting good broadband due to poor signal. Would highly reccomend!! Hope it stays this way

Excellent customer service
I found the service is very good, I have teenagers in the house and everyone is happy with availability and speed. One of the things that stands out for me is the customer service, they are a pleasure to deal with and have always followed through with what they have promised. When I have needed to contact them I have never been left waiting hours on the phone.

Would definitely give them another try
Contacted Rural wifi about a connection long story short mix up between engineer and customer service department didn't try ever avenue to receive connection and left was contact later that day to say I could have got another type of connection but was to late as I had connected another provider .Evan contacted me few day later to apologise for all the mix up and was really sorry.
We both felt sorry we couldn't have done business together but at some point I feel we will again

One very happy Rural WiFi client.
Have been a Rural WiFi client for over 7 years firstly using their plug in broadband router. I got fiber installed last week with the help of Rurals Wifis Dawn who was magnificent. She booked the installation team who brought the necessary cables from poles along the road to my house and then booked the installation engineer who called to install my connection at a day/time that was convenient for me.I had regular check-in from her to ensure all was working well.
I'm delighted with my new Rural WiFi fiber connection. Thank you Dawn for all your help.

I paid a deposit for wifi to be installed when I was told my area was covered but when the engineer came out he said the signal was very bad and couldn’t install it, I asked for my deposit back as it wasn’t my fault there signal was bad and they refused!!!

We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify our policy regarding the €50 engineer callout service.This fee is not a deposit but is a fee for an engineer call out service. This fee covers the cost of having an engineer visit your property to ensure you receive the best possible broadband speeds.
In some rare cases, it may be determined that the service is unavailable due to insufficient coverage. If this occurs, the engineer will provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your connection options. While we understand that this may be disappointing, the fee is non-refundable and this was clearly stated to you in the terms you were sent on the 1st of December, "the €50 is non-refundable should you have a failed install"., as it accounts for the engineer's time, travel expenses, and the thorough testing conducted at your property.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!

I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to choose Rural WiFi! Right from the start, the communication was excellent, and arranging an appointment to assess the available services—whether 4G or 5G—was a breeze.
Patrick, the technician who was sent out, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to find the optimal spots for the best reception in both of my houses, and as a result, I now have two new services that work perfectly. I couldn't be happier!
Patrick went above and beyond by helping me set up all my devices, including my TV, laptop, and mobile phone. His support was simply brilliant.
