Highly recommend Rural Wifi
I am a new customer and am very happy with the whole service provided by Rural WiFi. Everything about the process was straightforward and seamless. I had a bad experience with another provider and decided to switch to rural WiFi given my location and lack of fibre in my area. I work from home full time and have noticed a massive improvement since I switched, no more lagging on teams meetings and no drop outs on the connection either. Customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend Rural WiFi based on my experience so far :)

Highly Recommended - greatest customer support!
I am a new customer. I have heard a lot of great things about Rural Wifi, so I decided to give it a try. I tried to avail myself of the fibre option, and while it was unsuccessful, the Rural Wi-Fi team has been helpful and kind. It was an issue on my end, so while I try to fix it, they also offered guidance and help, checking up on the situation now and then.
Every time I have a query, they're able to reply quickly. I have never experienced customer service like this before.
I highly recommend Rural Wifi to anyone :D Thank you so much Rural Wifi team.

Great customer support.
My boadband went down and firstly customer support answered phone within about 30 seconds!! and then referred me to tech support who not only had issue sorted within 24 hrs but apologised for the delay.
Excellent service, keep it up 👍.

Great experience!!
Having been with sky broadband for the last two years and frustrated with consistently low speeds, rarely above 90 mbps and sometimes staggeringly low, I decided to call Rural Wifi. I got straight through to Luke who explained what they could do and promptly booked us in for installation. I was nervous as the fibre line to the house is the same but after setup, we're getting great speeds of 150-200 mbps and sometimes much higher. It does fluctuate but the lows are much better than I expected.
Altogether a great experience. I hope Rural can maintain the great bandwidth and excellent customer service as they grow. Many thanks

Evan and the team went over and above what was required to get us as best Wi-Fi as was possible. I would highly recommend.
Our experience with Rural Wi-Fi was exceptional. We live in an area of very low internet coverage and these guys were the only company that were able to get us sorted. When there was a small problem with our router, there was no bother whatsoever in getting through and speaking personally to someone.
