Rural Wifi are great
Rural Wifi are great, we have had wifi off them for nearly 2 years! We went with them as no other provider could offer us good wifi for our location at the time. Rural wifi service has been great, never had any issues, only minor drops in connectivity with extremely bad weather, but only ever a few minutes here and there. Also I like with Rural Wifi you can easily speak to a person if there is any issues and they also contacted me to let me know when there was better services available in my area and to offer me a reduced bill without asking! I probably could get a slightly cheaper monthly bill off one of the bigger companies but to me the reliability of Rural wifi and the ability to easily speak to a person should there be an issue is worth the extra few euro each month!

Immediate help is given in an understanding way. Research done very efficiently to find cause of problem and solution offered and expedited straight away. It was a great relief to get a" diagnosis"
Ciara was the best customer service person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was very efficient and helpful and immediately found out the problem and solution while having a lovely conversation with me about a mutual interest. And the solution was expedited immediately. Ciara is a gem. Rural WiFi always were top class in their dealings with me and the only ISPwhiich could give me coverage and service where I live.

Simply amazing service and support
Ciara at Rural Wifi has been a fantastic support in ensuring success with our account. We are waiting for fibre cabling to be installed. This takes way longer than I anticipated as we moved into our self build in a rural part of the west. Ciara and the team helped ensure that we have temporary wifi until fibre goes in. Her team guided us through a really simple process and now we have excellent temporary wifi in our home. Response times have been incredibly fast from Ciara and the team. I can honestly say that Rural wifi genuinely care and have a personable approach compared to other services.

I’ve been working from home now for 4…
I’ve been working from home now for 4 years using Rural WiFi. I’ve never had any trouble with speeds and been able to have Teams and Zoom meetings with no issue at all. The team have always been incredibly helpful and adjusted my coverage to use the best source proactively. I can’t rate them highly enough for people living in rural areas with no option of fibre broadband.
