The only place you should go for fibre
Rural WiFi have a very clear website and are incredibly easy to deal with. Sam and Luke took great care of my order, which was placed on Monday, with fibre installed on Friday. Installation was fast, tidy and courteous and the service since has been flawless.
I am very glad to be dealing with them - not something I ever expected to say about a broadband provider.

A very helpful and pleasant company
From day one of my first contact with Rural wi-fi they have gone above and beyond to help me get Internet connection and assist me with my queries. Each and everyone of the staff that I dealt were always consistent with their helpful manner which I applaud them for.

Quick resolution Ciara to error other…
Quick resolution Ciara to error other agent made. I chose fibre online but agent sent a wireless eng. that prevented installation and advised Monday would be the next visit, he apologised heavily..but failed to say, the Monday after. Also, Eir who it's arranged with advised a couple more days on top of. Advised I'd be on cancellations list and would let me know what day, I only heard 30mins prior from eng, house was vacant. I've not heard since, also modem did not come about 3 days after he said, but luckily Ciara I spoke to arranged it for next day. Just wanted it fixed asap, she did that.1star to other agent for outcome call, 5star to Ciara for result/response time/manner/realism, Thank you.

Wonderful support
Our fiber broadband was accidentally dug up last Dec. I rang Rural WiFi and Dawn has looked after us spectacularly well over a long and difficult period since. She was always friendly, efficient and, most importantly, attentive, reporting regularly on progress, or the lack of same. She supplied us with a wireless kit to keep us going until the damage had, eventually, been repaired. Hugh Scanlan, Balbriggan.

Excellent service. Answered the phone immediately. Answered all my questions and explained all my options very clearly. I had a modem within three days and Wi-Fi in my very rural home for the first time ever. Great signal.

I had an issue since the end of April/…
I had an issue since the end of April/ start of May , I know it was over the bank holiday weekend so I waiting till this evening to ring after work. The girl that helped me to sort out my connection was definitely the nicest and had the most pleasant manner of anyone I've ever dealt with , I think her name was Kiera , Rural WiFi should be proud of your staff if they all treat their customers like I was treated, 10/10 definitely for customer service .

Evan (sales manager) is really great
Evan (sales manager) is really great. We exchanged a few words via email and then over the phone. He understood exactly what I needed and within moments I had the solution. He was able to solve immediately the problem I was having with Virgin Media. He is flexible, customer oriented. Ask to work with him. He is prompt in everything he does, very serious and flexible, knows how to negotiate.

First timer buying this service-
As a first timer in trying to find the right internet provider, Rural Wifi was my best option.The customer service was on point, they were reassuring, understanding; gave simple instructions to follow through to guide you to make sure you have what you require and cater to your needs in terms of providing internet.
The pricing was reasonable too. They do you give a free trial as well and refund within timely reasoning, they're upfront about everything in their emails so you're not missing any essential information from them.
They were direct and honest with what you might require and when things will arrive depending on what you've ordered it was overall a stress free experience for me. I'd advise you look into them if you require assistance on finding good internet out on the countryside. :)

Fibre Broadband Issue resolved.
I had an ongoing issue with the newly installed WI Fi router connected to my Fibre cable. Rural WiFi , who I have been with for several years, were so patient on the phone in trying to resolve the issue. After several phone calls and a new Router, finally the issue was resolved by the wonderfully patient Ciara with their support Team. She stayed on line with me for nearly an hour until all the technical issues were solved. Her calm, friendly manner never changed and she seemed to be genuinely delighted when everything was back up and working. Ciara is a credit to Rural WiFi.
