The team all worked together with patience, expertise and professionalism to get my passport to me expeditiously.

With a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, it was reassuring to rely on them.

I initially intended to proceed with the service provided by RushedPassport.com and carefully followed all of their instructions. They even scheduled an appointment for me at the post office. However, during the appointment, I encountered an issue with the postal clerk. Although the company advised me to ensure I left with the sealed envelope, the clerk refused to return it to me after stamping it, repeatedly stating that once processed, it could not be handed back. She also dismissed the service as a “scam” and declined my request to contact the company for clarification.

I contacted RushedPassport.com immediately, and they explained that some postal employees may not be familiar with third-party passport expediting services. Unfortunately, since it was a Saturday and their office closed early, I was unable to resolve the issue that day. I returned to the post office the following Monday, but received the same response and was unable to proceed.

Due to these complications, I had no choice but to cancel the service. I notified the company of my cancellation; however, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund based on their policy. I was told they would follow up within 7–10 days regarding my case, but I did not receive any response within that timeframe. As a result, I ultimately had to dispute the charge.

While I cannot definitively speak to the legitimacy of the service, my experience was frustrating and unresolved. Based on the lack of communication and inability to complete the process, I am leaving a 1-star review.

Such an efficient and well-run process. There are real people behind the curtain reviewing your application with care and providing timely feedback via email. In addition, all my questions were answered promptly. It's refreshing to communicate (and know you are communicating) with humans, not bots. Terrific experience all around.

These folks are fantastic. Second time I’ve used them. Streamlined portal and very prompt responses and ability to call as needed to make sure everything is done right the first time. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I was in a pickle since my passport was 10 years past expiration, and I could not find my birth certificate. I was ready to give up and live a life of a hermit never leaving my house or traveling. The folks at rushed passport were so nice and took the time to assure me that my old passport could work as my proof of citizenship. The process was very easy. However you have to read the instructions carefully and follow them to the T. Worth every penny!

The persons I was in contact with were extremely responsive and attentive to my questions. Their instructions were easy to follow and they were always on top to make sure everything was moving along well. Kept me informed of the different steps as the process was moving along. Everything happened as promised.

It was a difficult task to get a new passport for my son who just turned 18 and is now an adult. The difficulty came from the fact that he really had no adult ID. The crew here worked relentlessly to come up with enough forms of ID to get him anew passport in time to travel. Not even the horrible weather stood in the way. Ana and the whole term delivered!

Although I still needed to gather some documents before processing; her guidance , help, and encouragement resulted in me getting my first passport! I’m so pleased with the work that was put in on my behalf. Although I was not the easiest client for them to work with due to getting everything together for them; they never complained; always provided me with clear, concise instructions of each step; and followed through to the end. They even reminded me that I have access for any remaining questions or issues I may have. Great Experience. Everyone I spoke with, and I called many times, for assistance in getting my daughter's passport renewed. Each person I worked with was even more helpful than the next. They literally bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me through the rush process.

The service was quick, the team was so responsive and walked me through what I needed to do to complete the service. While it was pricey, it beat the visit to the agency. Would recommend if you are in need of a passport fast!

Getting ready for a trip and could not find my passport, evidently lost or misplaced. Called these folks and they walked me through the whole process, answered my emails quickly and got my passport delivered at the time promised. I live in a small town almost two hours from Dallas, TX so this service was invaluable. Glad to recommend them.

Post office lies!!! I tried to get my passport “expedited” at post office but they told me would take weeks!! Thank God I found this company because I was able to get it in 5 days! The post office has no clue what they are doing or talking about! I highly suggest using a company that is actually registered with the State Department. These guys save my trip and my life! I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a passport in time according to the post office but they have no clue and basically lied to me saying it would be impossible. Thank you so much Rushed Passport!! Going to Aruba for Valentine’s Day now!!! Woohoo!!

Using Rushed passport turned what could have been a vary overwhelming situation into something manageable. The instructions were clear, and i appreciated knowing that someone was actually reviewing my paper work rather than just pushing it through. The follow up communication helped keep expectations realistic and reduced a lot of anxiety. My passport arrived on schedule, and everything went according to plan. Overall, a professional and reliable service that does what it promises.

Couldn’t say enough good things about Amanda at Rushedpassport. We were faced with tight deadlines and an ice storm. FedEx then screwed up delivery and I got my passport delivered 2 hours before I left for airport. Amanda stayed in touch helped me escalate and went above and beyond. High highly recommend. .
