The staff at Russell Parry bent over backwards to meet my needs when my car went to them for repair and a courtesy car was needed.
Jan went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that my car was transported to their garage as fast as possible.
She made things happen through her dedication, industry and integrity, and I felt very fortunate to be dealing with her.
Russell Parry are fortunate to have a model employee who sets an impeccable standard for customer relations.
She is without doubt a jewel in their crown.

Just like say my experiences with Russell Parry have been outstanding every time . Would definitely recommend.

Russell Parry were excellent when dealing with my car repairs recently. Jan in particular went above and beyond during an extremely protracted and stressful 3 months and was both professional and proactive in dealing with the other agencies who were much less capable. I originally came to Russell Parry in November 2021, right from the start they were so helpful,they came and collected my vehicle, and even dealt with the insurance company, they took all the stress away, thank you to Kieran, Jan and Rob, you've been amazing

Excellent, friendly and personal service, I can't praise this company highly enough. I asked my insurers to transfer my repairs here after the shocking customer service I experienced with the original garage I was referred to. What a contrast at Russell Parry where staff, especially the wonderful Jan, were so friendly, helpful and efficient! Communication was excellent throughout and I was really happy with the repairs. Many thanks to the whole team for the very professional service from start to finish.

Jan was excellent and kept me up to date despite the waiting time for back ordered parts. She also arranged for a hire car and even swapped me into an automatic when available to help with the miles I do! Her customer service was outstanding and a credit to Russel Parry!

Fantastic service I couldn’t be happier work completed to a very high standard and within the expected time . I have used these guys twice now! First through my insurance company and a non fault accident which was my introduction to them. Quite badly smashed rear end (my car's!) fixed as good as new, updated throughout on progress etc! Great job! Then recently some catalyctic converter thieves (Keeping it clean!!) cutting a cat off a nieghbours car, were challenged, thieves took a baseball bat to my car smashing rear window and frame! I took my car to Russell Parry for repair! Rather than take my money, Russell Parry ARC advised I went through insurance for glass and buy a trim (also smashed) from local manufacturers parts place AND there and then kindly phoned them and ordered trim for me so I could collect next day! As if that wasn't enough after I had glass and trim fitted I took it to them regarding slight defect which they sorted there and then! I cannot recommend these people highly enough, professional, trustworthy, do a great job, go out of their way to help you, and they're a good laugh too!! Thankyou again!

Really excellent service all round. I can honestly say that the staff went above and beyond at every turn. The reception admin was faultless as was the assessor and work done to my car. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

They contacted me on Monday before my car was delivered to them on Monday evening. By Wednesday, they'd arranged a courtesy car and by Friday afternoon my car was ready for collection. Good communications throughout, helpful and considerate. I'd struggle to find anything to mark them down on.

Excellent services, very efficient and fast. I had a great experience working with Russell Parry garage in order to replace the catalytic converter and cat lock on our car.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I dealt mainly with Jan who gave me regular updates on the progress of my van and approx time it would take for repairs to be carried out .

Other persons insurers sent my car here for repair following a rear end incident while parked. Company collected car from my house in timely fashion and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Picked up car yesterday and very pleased with the repair results...looks great, plus car all cleaned up and super shiny. Staff are excellent-everyone is friendly, helpful and they seem to be a very happy bunch working together. Would definitely recommend and use again myself should the need arise.

The team at Russell Parry were brilliant. I had some repair work needed after someone crashed into the side of my car. Jan and the team kept me updated at all stages and organised pickup and drop off of the hire car. The work carried out was faultless, they even cleaned my car inside and out which I wasn't expecting!

After the accident the Insurance company arranged for ARC to contact me which they did within 12 hours. Unfortunately delays to obtain original parts from Jaguar extended the repair time however ARC contacted my Insurers and agreed with them and me me to source a recycled part so that the car could be returned as soon as possible. A difficult situation that was handled admirably.
