Very high quality work, excellent service end to end from hire car delivery to picking up the repaired vehicle, valeted inside and out. I would not hesitate recommending Russell Parry and if I need any more work doing, I will use them.

Had my van repaired here
Had my van repaired here. I was worried as my back doors were being replaced and I have security locks on it - however they successfully removed my old locks and reused them. The van looks fantastic and I’m pleased my locks were reused so I still only have 1 key for the whole van. Would gladly use again

Gave these guys a call today as the dash on my car was broken.
Spoke to a lovely lady on reception an was told they can see me straight away, arrived an left within about 20 mins and they also never charged me! Absolutely fab customer service would highly recommend A*

I had my car repaired via my insurance company and didn’t really know what to do or how it worked. The staff I spoke to were really helpful and explained what would happen and kept me updated throughout. My car looked like new when finished - I was really happy with the whole thing

I decided to take my car to get repaired at Russell Parry’s due to unforeseen damage caused by another driver. As the car was to old, the cost of the repairs didn’t stack up and couldn’t go ahead. The staff were transparent and explained everything to me in detail and even made me a coffee while I was waiting. I would highly recommend them as they were professional and honest from start to finish.
