I received a very professional service from start to finish. I was kept updated on the progress of my car regularly.
My car was repaired and cleaned and I was extremely happy with the results.

After a very stressful experience with another garage I moved my repairs to Russell Parry and am so glad I did. Jan was amazing along with the rest of the team who kept me updated daily on my repairs. Despite Covid getting in the way they still managed to provide a good completion time. The work and service I received was nothing more than excellent. My car looked like brand new when I got it back. Will 100% use this garage again. Jan is a fantastic front of house welcomer with the benefit of experience and knowledge that really puts you at ease from the moment you walk in the door - just what you need after having been through an accident. All of the staff I have had contact with at Russell Parry have been lovely, polite, happy and great at their job. My car required just paintwork and it is perfect, the previous damage undecatable. They even cleaned the car inside and out, better than I usually get it done myself. I was kept informed regularly by text, which was great, because I knew where my car was in the process without having to ping back and forward with missed calls. I didn't have to chase at all, not even once.
They seem like a happy friendly team and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend, but hope not to have the need to use them again too soon in the future.

I was a bit wary about using a company I didn't know, but I needn't have worried. I had an amazing experience with Russell Parry. The staff were amazing and so helpful with the courtesy car I received. Unfortunately a few light came onto the dash board, but within minutes of ringing I was able to take it back and have it checked with no problems. Picking up the courtesy car and my car was quick, simple and easy to do. The work done on my car is impeccable, noone would believe an accident had previously happened! Would highly recommend.

Car was in for repair following accident. Courtesy car was available next day and it was a really nice one! Unfortunately it took a long time to get some parts. However staff always kept us informed. They were ever so helpful, polite and nice. Always willing to do their best possible to help. Excellent customer care!!!

What an absolutely amazing team! I called recently about my car which had been scratched, and then immediately invited me in so that the team could look over the car and give me a quote. I won’t lie- I was quite the blubbering mess after a really terrible morning, and the scratches were the last straw that broke the camel’s back! Jan looked after me in reception and Kieran did an amazing job. I would not hesitate in returning and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Thank you again Jan and Kieran!

Everyone at Russell Parry is very friendly and efficient. The whole procedure of cosmetic repair to my Yaris Excel was seamless and I feel I have a brand new car back - washed and ready to run. They handled all of the insurance claim also. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service that I received from this garage. I had been referred to this garage by the Ford main dealer as they had advised that I needed to have the exterior door trim on both nearside front and rear doors replaced and sprayed. However, after inspection, one of the Russell Parry bodywork staff was able to reattach the existing trim at a very reasonable cost while I waited.

These guys have a great service! Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My neighbour backed into my car and drove off thinking no one had seen her. Needless to say I was a bit miffed. Thanks to Jan who calmed me down and arranged a hire car, and the poor guy who listened to my rant about my neighbours lack of manners. Great customer care!!!

From the moment we arrived at Russell Parry reception, we realised that the company had everything covered. The facilities were clean and tidy, the personnel pleasant and efficient. Our car was quickly assessed. They arranged a hire car then, as this was not available for four hours, called a taxi to get us home. We were kept informed of progress and the car was returned to us, repaired and valeted, as promised. Top marks all round!

Outstanding service. The staff were helpful, courteous, responsive and delightfully friendly. I felt like a valued customer throughout even though I hope never to have to see them again!! The damage to my car was repaired quickly and, by the looks of things so far, superbly. I can honestly say that the levels of customer service I experienced here are up there with the very best I've ever experienced.
