The products are high quality. The packaging of the order was superb one of the best we have seen (we ordered Abodo Vulcan Flatsawn cladding) and a thoughtful touch of adding a tub of oil for touchups was really appreciated, the delivery driver was very helpful as well. The whole process from visiting the showroom to delivery was excellent.

My order was dealt with promptly and arrived in tree days.

Efficient ordering and delivery. A replacement for an original 19th C hayloft pitch pine floor. Laid very easily. Very happy - space looks beautiful ready for 2025 events and workshops as well as my basketry studio.

We have just laid our floor and it looks superb - time will tell on how it wears and what it’s like to live with. The 19cm natural oak engineered boards treated with osmo oil are just what we were looking for. It’s not a cheap option but we really like the overall look and end result. I would recommend them - and we benefited from a skilled joiner who laid the boards. Delivery was roughly on time and there are no concerns to note.

As self builders we want our house to be the best it can be, but also uncomplicated to build. Russwood products do come at a price but are the very best you can buy. Everything works, slots together, glues down, exactly as engineered, this saves soooo much time than working with poorer grade products, wastage is minimal and it looks incredible! It's a no brainer!

We were speaking primarily with Graham Whitfield who quoted us for multiple materials and profiles to allow us to make the best choice that suits us. We began the process before our building warrant and had been chatting with the company and Graham for well over a year before processing the order.

Overall we have been thoroughly impressed with the company from showing us the materials at different stages to answering all the questions and presenting the options to us.

Excellent service from russwood fast delivery and great price.

We ordered Scottish larch cladding and related materials from Russwood. The materials are excellent. The delivery went smoothly. The service helpful and efficient. My one request is that Russwood offer a service whereby it can use building warrant drawings to give an estimate of the amount of timber that will be required for a particular job. It fell on my shoulders to do this and I came up short. I also know that a friend who also ordered cladding from Russwood had a similar experience. It is frustrating and expensive (the second delivery costs £350). However, that aside, I am impressed with the service that Russwood provide.
