I am very disappointed with the service. I was supposed to have an event and I was let down. The master did not come to me, I was informed an hour before my visit. This is a terrible company and I do not recommend.

I tried to book my £40 gel manicure (plus booking fee of course) twice now.
The first time I needed my nails done for a wedding. At the scheduled time nobody turned up. When I called the head office to enquiry about the delay, I was told they didn't know why the beautician hadn't turned up. I got a refund, but had to go to the wedding with DIY manicure because it was too late to book elsewhere.
I decided to give Ruuby another chance, so I booked again for a gel manicure just before my summer holidays.
This time I got a text from Ruuby half an hour before the appointment telling me that, because of an emergency, the beautician could not make it.
Once again DIY manicure.
Not the kind of professionalism I am used to.

Used Ruuby for the first time last weekend and booked one classic manicure and one gel pedicure for a friend of mine and myself.
Both ladies, who came, were really lovely, used nice products and had a good selection of colours and so on.
Overall it was a really lovely experience, I will definitely "be back". :-)

I wouldn’t recommend working for them. Poor communication, impeding your work, derogatory, unfair treatment,etc.
I did not feel inspired but instead was catering to the spoiled, petty, entitled and totally lacking in unoriginality.

When I have had a RUUBY treatment at home - the technicians and therapists have been brilliant. And I love that you can have a treatment in the comfort of your own home.

However, on one occasion the therapist never showed up (after waiting an hour), I was refunded and rebooked for another day - again the booking was cancelled 5 minutes before, they refunded and rebooked me a third time - however, I had to chase for the refund and there was a lot of back of forth.

Then a couple of weeks ago I booked online using a voucher I had been gifted. I entered it at checkout but then the full amount was taken out of my account. I immediately messaged them on their “chat” a few minutes after I had booked to ensure that the voucher had been used. No answer.
I then emailed and was told to send them the code, then send them a photo and eventually told that there was nothing they could do and that I should simply regift the voucher!

Pretty poor customer service - effectively I had to spend £50 of my own money on what was a gifted birthday present. When they could have easily refunded me the amount.

Therefore, won’t be using them again sadly - would have done if they had dealt with this better.

I booked a makeup service for my girlfriend's birthday as a surprise. The makeup artist was friendly, professional and my girlfriend looked a million dollars!! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

My wife found At first very good but then they cancelled very short notice before the appointment on several occasions and now very disappointed I would not recommend again. Tried calling left a message and got no response back

Ruuby is my go to app and I absolutely love it. Ruuby is there whenever I have a last minute emergency; hair, nails or waxing, and equally I love it for a relaxed evening massage. All the therapists I’ve used have been invariably polite, and just fantastic. I haven’t been to a salon in months and that’s testament to ruuby. Thank you!!
