Partial Delivery
My most recent order was placed on June 1st but the hose I ordered is still in processing 17 days later and I haven't received any word on the status. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars because I have no other complaints and I have been really happy with previous purchases as well as the other part of my order which I did receive.

An absolutely great experience dealing with RV Water Filter Store. My online purchase was an international shipment to Canada.
I was initially unable to complete my order due to a glitch in their website. Jake responded it was fixed a few days later (a very reasonable turnaround consider this happened during their busy Memorial Day Sale event) and I was able to complete my order.
Upon receiving the product, I noticed the packing slip was mistakenly showing the product's regular prices as opposed to the price I paid during their sale event. This had caused inflated brokerage fees and taxes I had to pay UPS. Upon contacting the store, Brad immediately repsonded and took care of the situation by refunding my overpaid fees. This is exemplary professionalism and customer service.
