The shipping, packaging, and quality is great! I see a definite improvement in the water quality. Great product and with full details on all their filters for what they do unlike other companies who just say “it filters stuff”. This is one of the only companies that state “this filters sulfur smell AND iron that causes the smell and other metals harmful in your water”. I feel I bought into a lifelong brand that will keep me and my family safe from harmful deposits or microbes in the water wherever we go.

Love that the quick-connect hose fittings are made in the USA!!! Great quality, don’t leak like some others I’ve tried. Great customer service, quick to answer inquiries, and make sure their customers are satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company.

The RV water filters arrived as scheduled and in great condition. I have not used them yet because we have not started our RV trips

I have been working with the RV Water Filter Store on two different RVs for five years. I will say their customer service is excellent along with their knowledge. I have a complete system. from them so I do not have to buy any bottled water. About six months ago when we went full-time we were having difficulties with the filters clogging up for the under the sink drinking water ultra pure filter. After contacting Brad he sent me a couple complementary filters however they weren’t lasting very long so at no charge he replace the entire under the counter system with a new version that they are now carrying. I am happy to say we are coming up on three months with a new filter it has great flow excellent taste and have yet to have to replace the filter. I originally bought this under the counter system 4 1/2 years ago now that is amazing product support.

I purchased a water softener for my RV. As I began to connect it to the water supply I found the water connector, on the units head, was damaged.

I sent an email... and a day later Brad from the water filter store replied. He asked my to take some pictures so that he could get a better idea what was wrong, I did. The next day He called and said that he would ship a new head to me. Two days later the head was here. An hour later the water softener was up and working.
