The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate everyone who takes the time to review our service and leave us objective comments, we take all feedback very seriously as this is the only way we can continue to improve.
Having reviewed your records we note your examination was enhanced by an OCT (optical coherence tomography) scan, this is vital in detecting and monitoring eye disease, your optometrist discussed this with you and it was agreed to carry out the scan which has a fee of £35, this covers the cost of the scan itself and the expertise of our optometrists in deciphering the information for you.
If you would like to discuss this any further please contact the practice on 020 8670 4100 where our branch manager will be happy to go through the results in detail with you.

Woodfall opticians are always good with their reminder, reception staff are friendly and helpful. The optometrist are thorough, professional, knowledgeable about their field as well as being friendly. Highly recommend them. They have been my optician since 1980 and i am very happy with them

As I enter to R Woodfall opticians. The staff are always welcoming. They are friendly, respectful, supportive and kind. I didn’t have to wait to be seen. They are always fixing or repairing my fallen out lens or the weak arm of my glasses. I been a customer at this store for almost 36 years. Hope to be attending R Woodfall. West Norwood branch for many more years. If it was possible I would give 11/10.

The staff in the West Norwood branch are amazing. The optician was really patient and explained everything to me. Richard and his colleagues were super helpful when I was looking at frames, which was much appreciated as it feels like a big decision.
