The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.

A month ago I ordered two pair of glasses at Woodfall West Norwood, one for reading and one for distance. I went to pick them up last week and I paid £40 for two of them I am a disabled person on a wheelchair.
Today I realised that one of the glasses got lost while taking the bus with the ramp and driving my wheelchair. So I called the shop in West Norwood. I told them what happened asking if I could get a replacement pro bono. I can’t afford to pay twice for the same pair of glasses. The reply was that they I cannot provide any glasses for free. I’ve been going to Woodfall for many years. But today I felt rejected and humiliated. I would not recommend this company.
