The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.

Just popped into the West Norwood…
Just popped into the West Norwood branch and Alex very kindly refitted the glasses I brought last year. I used to go to other high street opticians but the care and advice I get at this branch is second to none. They convinced me 2 years ago to wear trifocals and it has been life changing for me and gave me more confidence.

Great opticians, attend with confidence
The young lady who did my eye test was great- very professional and great at explaining everything and very knowledgeable.
The only negative I’d say is they would sell a lot more prescription glasses if they had a range costing £25. They’d be flying out of the door instead of sitting on the shelves at over £100 per pair which is a ridiculous price if you ask me.
