Absence of communication throughout the process of selling despite frequent requests to keep me updated.
Recommended to use 'their' solicitors to facilitate communication however until the last 2-3 weeks,when a new conveyencing office took over, communication from solicitors for the last 18 months has been virtually none existent.
Staff in the Chadderton office were personable (hence the 1 star) but ineffective.

Carmel was totally amazing. At the end of the sale we had many problems and she stood firm and made things happen. Never phased in spite of numerous setbacks mainly caused by our buyers and their solicitors. We, our solicitor, Carmel and the man who we were buying off worked tirelessly to make the exchange of contracts and then completion happen in spite of the problems we faced.
Ove the years Ryder and Dutton have been my go to estate agents. Hopefully this will be our last ever move but if there was to be another ther would only be one agent we would go for!
