Great experience with the estate agency team. Ada is very proactive, and chases solicitors/clients to make sure the transaction moves forward. Can't fault the sevice, and proactiveness in any way!

Ada was fantastic. She kept me up to date at least once a week and sometimes more often when necessary. I never had to chase her for anything as she was always one step ahead pre-empting any questions I may have had. I highly recommend the Heywood branch of Ryder.

Jenna and Ada were very friendly and very supportive. Communication was very good, shame same couldn't be said about solicitors. They both went above and beyond to try and keep lines of communication open and to help keep us calm through a pretty stressful situation.

I am so glad I chose Ryder and Dutton for the sale of my father's house. I was initially selling as Lasting Power of Attorney for my father, but he sadly passed away during the process and my role in the sale passed over to the solicitors who were executors. Additionally, I do not live locally to the property. Catherine Salisbury, at the Heywood branch, supported me through all of these difficulties. She kept me informed every step of the way, providing support and advice whenever I needed it and ensuring she had handed over to other members of the team if she was on leave, so that there was continuity. She made a difficult and stressful process run very smoothly, and I cannot thank her and the team enough.
