Ryder and Dutton is a fantastic estate agents. This is the second time I have used Ryder and Dutton when looking to rent a property. From the first phonecall to the last, the staff were professional, polite, informative and pro active. The process was smooth, all relevent information emailed, I easily set up a tenants portal ro recieve and send all documentation back to them. All documents including the tenancy agreement was e-signed which made it so much easier than having to go into the office branch. Sarah Green was brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for her, we requested a second viewing on the property which she was more than welcome to assist. On our move in day, Sarah met us at the property to run through a few things with us. Overall our experience with Ryder and Dutton were amazing, Thank you.

Excellent service. My husband and I used Ryder & Dutton to sell our property back in 2024. They provided excellent service, kept in touch, provided updates and got potential buyers through the door. One of the best Estate Agents in the valley.

When it was time for us to complete, we needed to secure a rental property for approximately a year.

Not only did they find us a little home, they explained all the processes involved in privately renting a property, put us in touch with our lovely landlord and made everything so easy.

When it came to giving notice recently, again, the customer service was exceptional. It was quick, easy and done via email. Great for those that work.

From the initial enquiry to completion on the four occasions I have used the services of the firm my experience has been one of extreme efficiency, pleasant manner and helpfulness from every member of the firm. I would not deal with any of the other similar agents.

We had a great experience from getting regular viewings to selling the property. Jaimie and her colleagues kept us updated with how the viewings went and once an offer was put in Megan took over she was amazing keeping me regularly updated and kept me calm when things got stressful she is amazing. Had a really difficult situation of having to sell 2 houses whilst finding somewhere else to live. The team at Ryder and Dutton could not have been better and despite it being difficult and taking a while we finally got it over the line. sold both houses and we are now in our new place.
