Excellent service. My husband and I used Ryder & Dutton to sell our property back in 2024. They provided excellent service, kept in touch, provided updates and got potential buyers through the door. One of the best Estate Agents in the valley.

When it was time for us to complete, we needed to secure a rental property for approximately a year.

Not only did they find us a little home, they explained all the processes involved in privately renting a property, put us in touch with our lovely landlord and made everything so easy.

When it came to giving notice recently, again, the customer service was exceptional. It was quick, easy and done via email. Great for those that work.

We cannot recommend Ryder & Dutton enough. The manager and staff are amazing, treat you like family and it shows in the service they provide. Well done Rawtenstall branch.

Sarah Green managed the letting of our rental property very well. We had a very good experience with Ryder and Dutton. They are good at communicating in a timely manner and made the process very simple.

From the initial enquiry to completion on the four occasions I have used the services of the firm my experience has been one of extreme efficiency, pleasant manner and helpfulness from every member of the firm. I would not deal with any of the other similar agents.

We had a great experience from getting regular viewings to selling the property. Jaimie and her colleagues kept us updated with how the viewings went and once an offer was put in Megan took over she was amazing keeping me regularly updated and kept me calm when things got stressful she is amazing. The whole process from putting it up for sale to completing took 9 months.

After watching the recent Panorama exposé on estate agents, I feel compelled to share my experience with Ryder Dutton, which has been the complete opposite of those dubious practices.

In an industry plagued by conditional selling and conflicts of interest, Ryder Dutton operates with real integrity. Jamie C took time to understand our needs during the initial appraisal and has maintained that level of care throughout.
Currently mid-sale and couldn't be happier with the service. If you want an estate agent who works FOR you rather than their commission targets, I highly recommend Ryder Dutton.

Had a really difficult situation of having to sell 2 houses whilst finding somewhere else to live. The team at Ryder and Dutton could not have been better and despite it being difficult and taking a while we finally got it over the line. sold both houses and we are now in our new place.
