A good experience at the beginning and end- very helpful when I made my offer. Shannon put my questions to the seller and explained the process of buying my first property.
Adam was handling things during the process and he liaised between solicitors eg, keeping things moving.
Shannon was there once more when it was time to exchange and hand over the keys.
It was very busy office and sometimes difficult to contact both however when it mattered they were there and very helpful.
The viewings were a bit flat - the woman who did both could have been a little more enthusiastic
Overall I had little or no problem using Ryder Dutton and would recommend to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ryder & Dutton. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of incredible. House put on the market, sold and completed in 4 months 👍🏻 fee’s slightly higher than others but for the service I would highly recommend them.

I bought a property listed by Ryder & Dutton Rawtenstall. I wouldn’t say my experience was overwhelmingly good, the communication really let them down and I felt that a lot of the time I was telling them what was going on, rather than them telling me. I also found that once I had told them what was going on, I was then being asked the same questions they already had the answer to, as were my solicitors. We also had a delay on getting the keys on day of completion, again due to communication which was frustrating. If I’m being honest, I wouldn’t at this point approach Ryder & Dutton to sell my property in the future.

The whole team gave excellent service and regular communication throughout the entire process. Everyone was polite, friendly and extremely helpful, especially when there were hiccups further down the chain.

I became executor of my sister's estate and needed to sell two properties, which formed the majority of the estate. An added complication was I lived 250 miles away from the properties, so need someone dependable in the locality.
Ryder and Dutton did an absolutely fabulous job, from the very start when I was visited by the manager, Graham Shuttleworth, whose professionalism led me to believe his company were the one to use, rather than one of the other two local agents that also undertook a valuation for the properties.
Had we not used Ryder and Dutton, I don't believe we would have sold one of the properties to this date.
There were many legal complications, which caused setbacks, but R&D helped by providing details of local specialists and chasing up solicitors to keep the sale "live". The sales executive dealing with the sale (Matt Walsh) was superb in keeping all concerned updated and tackling problems as and when they emerged.
I generally don't bother posting reviews, but in view of the standard of service I received, I am pleased to thoroughly recommend their services.
