The Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents team at Rochdale branch were excellent and I was very satisfied overall with how they handled my late father’s house sale, all the staff (Tom Prince, Lauren Coomber, Nicole O’Brien, Naveen Naheed, Lois Snape, and not forgetting the first point of contact who gave us the very accurate valuation the knowledgeable Kris Street ,I was also impressed with how the move manager Jenny Boyle kept me updated throughout the process from start to completion.

Rochdale) the solicitor Fleur Everett who was dealing with my affairs handled all the conveyancing, probate and other issues I had in her stride quickly and professionally, also her new trainee Sania was great too, her fellow partner and solicitor Sarah Milner was fantastic she has a great depth of knowledge and they make a good team, I always found the receptionists warm and welcoming especially the receptionists Georgia who was very polite and helpful.
I also found them very competitively priced which was a bonus and they were cheaper compared to other local firms.

Ryder and Dutton have a "branch support" system, which means that if everyone at the branch you're calling is busy, you can still talk to someone. Viewing are hit and miss. Sometimes it's someone who knows about the property and can answer your questions, sometimes it's just someone with the key, which can be frustrating

We recently sold our home with Ryder & Dutton and purchased our next one through them at the same time. Kris came out to do the initial valuation and was very thorough, informative but most of all, lovely. We’d spoken to another estate agent previous to Ryder & Dutton who didn’t come out to value our house, just had a quick phone call and that was it. Kris came prepared with a folder of information about our house and went through everything ensuring we fully understood the process. Once on the market we were looked after by Naveen, who again, was absolutely brilliant. From booking in viewings, phoning giving us feedback and securing our buyer, she was nothing but personable, professional and really on the ball with everything giving us updates as and when she could. When buying our next home we dealt with Lauren who just like Kris and Naveen, was professional, personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. Both Naveen and Lauren had the answer to every question I asked and made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as possible.
