Excellent service and armchair’s delivered with care and consideration by Owen and Will! Would recommend!

Exceptional experience. All dealings with the company were first class. From dealing with Sam about the order, Amanda phoning about the delivery and the delivery itself .
The sofa we had ordered, was delivered earlier than we expected and just before Christmas!
Perry and Owen contacted us before arrival to let us know their ETA
Both were very friendly and professional. They brought the sofa in and put it together in no time at all and tested everything before leaving.
Overall a faultless experience. Would certainly recommend and use this company again in the future 😊

Would like to give a special mention to your two delivery drivers Perry and Owen prompt delivery. Both lads were very polite also gave a full explanation about the reclining of the sofa. Put it in place asked if if that was ok for me,both lads are an asset to your business They took every care when carrying the sofa through the entrance into the lounge. Our experience with S2 Sofas was excellent from coming to the show room to taking delivery. I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

We visited the store on Saturday evening, saw a sofa without prices or measurements, requested a staff member who was more than happy to help give us a price and tape measure to measure it. Received deliver of it Wednesday evening, Owen and Will were fantastic helping set it up from the moment they walked to the front door. Having plenty of laughter and professionalism throughout.

From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, we chose to have the legs changed and a leather treatment, all this was done and delivered in 5 days, by Will, Owen and Sam

Bought a recliner settee from S2 Sofas on Canklow Road, Rotherham on 10/12/25 had loads of suites to choose from excellent selection. Delivered on the same day by Owen and Will. Very careful how they brought the settee into our property set it all up for us. Excellent service, would highly recommend this Company.

I have previously left a review a few weeks ago. Since then the Sofa I purchased became damaged. Luke and Sam offered to repair, but I didn’t. There was no hesitation in offering an alternative or a full refund. Sam even sent me a sample if the leather to check the colour. Both provided excellent service and communications. The quality of a company is measure when something goes wrong and how they recover. Excellent t services highly tr moment the company. Me

1st point of walking in sam greeted us asked us if we needed anything just ask then left us to it then we made a decision we got down to 3 sofas so he gave us info on all 3 And we chose the one sam was very polite and patient then made the sale and del date confirmed for weds 3rd dec will and owen came and again very polite lads built the recliner back up So overall very pleased with the whole experience

Was recently looking to purchase a new sofa and had looked around all the big name stores in Parkgate without much success. A friend of mine suggested S2sofas on Canklow Road and it turned out to be the best advice ever. We were left to look around all 4 floors without any over zealous salesperson badgering us. When we found one we were interested in, a gentleman very kindly got a power pack to demonstrate the recliner. Once we'd made the decision to buy, we left a good size deposit and were quoted a delivery date. Paid the full amount a few days later and the sofa was delivered on time. The two young men who delivered, Sam and Will, were very careful not to knock the sofa down our narrow hallway and assembled it with care so as not to stand on our new carpet. I would happily recommend s2sofas to anyone and cannot thank them highly enough. Excellent value and service.

Will and Owen delivered our second sofa and are absolutely brilliant .. delivered on time great communication and so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. These guys are brilliant trustworthy and S2sofa is a fantastic place to visit if looking for furniture .. no pressure to purchase & so helpful 👍 worth 10 stars

Purchased a corner sofa from this company after finding them on Facebook, we saved over £2000, the same sofa from Furniture Village was nearly £5000! I wish I had found this company years ago, the delivery was free and after payment the sofa was delivered in 6 days! Thank you to Owen and Will who were polite and respectful, they put the corner group together and didn't leave until I was happy with the position, thank you S2 Sofa's I will recommend you to all of my family and friends!

Had my furniture delivered today by Micky and Will. Delightful, careful and helpful young men. Telephoned half an hour before arrival as planned. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Very patient, non pushy salesman Luke. Lovely furniture at a fraction of the price elsewhere. Could not be more pleased with purchase…looks great in the room. Thank you S2Sofas.

We found our G Plan leather chair online to match our sofa & chair and was a bit dubious about buying off the internet.
I needn’t have worried as buying it was so easy and communication was 100% throughout! Ive recommended S2 Sofas to all my friends and family as their prices are fantastic. I saved nearly half price on this GPlan chair. The delivery lads, Micky and Will were spot on too and very polite. Nothing was a problem and they took great care carrying it in through awful weather and set it up in our living room.
Can’t praise the lads and S2 Sofas enough!
