Absolute rubbish of a VPN service. And when you quit, they automatically continue to take money from your credit card and when you ask for a refund, they say you didn't quit on time? Thieves and swindlers are called that today and no more. Update 22.08.2023 I have to write a positive update. After my reaction, Safer VPN got back to me without me telling them anything and they returned the money, which was taken from my credit card for a service I don't use. To be understood correctly, the Safer VPN service I tested worked as it should, but Netflix and other services did not work for me because they all collect our information, Google, FB, YouTube, Netflix, and if you have a VPN, then there is no information and the service is blocked. VPN was useless for me too. SaferVPN thanks and keep it up.

Used it several times during about 3 weeks. After that, never worked again, always wanted to connect, but never could. Then, three years later, they prolungate three more years, without asking. They know that it is very complicated to get your money back, so they just do what they want.

It was good. My the manager they have (or who decides of all those stupid changes) is terrible. Every new version is less usable. I don't use the app for a while, they broke it in the past and made it unusable. Now I can't use desktop app. "Please log out of one of your devices." THat device is not ON, let me use it here or logout automatically. Is it so difficult? I hate them every day. Fire that manager and take a good one, you are killing the app for years!

Had trouble logging in. Simon weber was great. solved the problem. gave 4 stars because if you have to many open sessions . you can't log in must go into account and delete devices to log back in. would be 5stars if safevpn could fix this.
The support answer fast. BUT, I don't know who decided to not save login details as it was before. This is a very bad decision and for it I give just 1 star. Make life easier, do not complicate it. There is no sense "for privacy reasons", no. All other companies saves login details or create a quick "pin" but you ask to insert the STRONG password + login email every time I want to use it.

Prompt answers by mail which resolved my problem.
I also appreciated the answers to all my questions!
I am a paid customer and with every new version safer VPN becomes unusable. And support never agree that there is any bug, everything is working as excepted for them! It's a feature, not a bug!
Examples:
1. Now you MUST login after every reboot. Support answer: this is to save user privacy. WHAT? There are no sensitive data, it's just a VPN!
2. You can use VPN on max 5 devices at the same time, but every time you change the country or update windows/ios it is counting as a new device, so you find your PC or phone multiple times in the list, and you cannot use VPN until you logout from them. (make autologous in this case!) But no.. this is not a bug. It should be like this..
Search for another VPN, I'll leave this one too.

My VPN has not been working for more than 3 weeks due to technical issues attributable to SaferVPN. Their "engineers" tried to resolve the problem through remote session on my computer, but to no avail. However, SaferVPN is purely and simply ignoring my refund requests.

wasnt working with my chrome and i made the mistake of contacting their customer service, dont do it , they will ,make you do everything instead of just canceling if your device is having issues, they start being pushy. I spent 1 hour trying to get it sorted and it didnt work . Just use it if it works right away , otherwise just dont/.

I had a problem starting up the software, but was able to access my account online. Still, the app simply refused my password. Asked for halp using the online chat (27/7!) and got it, very quickly, from Allison. Thanks!
