Just come back to the UK after a few months abroad. I have tried several times to activate the VPN and it tells me 'login error' when instead everything is correct with my log on details. Also, when I click 'help' it takes me to a page where it says that 'safervpn' refuses to connect'. Honestly, I do not know what to think! I cannot even go to their official home page because I get the same response.. what shall I do? I am really disappointed!!

I paid for subscription annually. Money was taken from my Apple account but service was not provided. I contacted Safervpn several times by email and sent payment details. They eventually replied saying they had problems with Apple payments and suggested I ask Apple for a refund. I contacted Apple and they refused the refund. I have lost my money and have service from Safervpn. RIP off.

Been a customer for over a year now and have successfully used Safer in a number of different countries.I can commend the assistance given on the very few occasions i have needed it so buy with confidence !
SaferVPN works seamlessly. Great customer support! Many thanks to Allison Verner who took care of an issue (user error) in a very prompt and easy to follow manner.
I travel and SaferVPN keeps my data and personal information safe. Whenever I enter any business that has a wi-fi available that is not secured, my SaferVPN kicks in and I my devices and the data they contain is safe.
Paid the program. Even I've paid the program, it is very bad, the signal is not constant, connecting and disconnecting a lot. I don't recommand it.

pretty good app, but it is puzzling how the extensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working properly, I have continuous problems that not even the service can solve.
I regret having made the three-year subscription and obviously they will not refund me

Had their service for years and it worked great!!! Recently - over the last 3 weeks - their service does not connect at all. Spent hours online with their technical support - no solution!
Be aware that you will not get any money back unless you cancel the service within the first 30 days. I have 6 months left ....

Really bad customer service and really bad connection. I have 100Mb internet and rarely get more than 1.5Mb using SaferVPN despite their marketing claims of "Blazing Speed and Unlimited Streaming".
They also constantly disconnect and then support is appaling. Contact and they disconnect your chat. Suggesting I switch off location service (disabling find my mac security) etc. Suggesting it's my Mac (despite it being at the router and also the app doesn't work on my phone. Just appaling service and I wish I'd realised before the auto-renewal.
