No option to cancel or change your order once they have your money.....be VERY VERY CAREFUL

Wrong size sent out, had to pay to return still
Ordered a pair of cargo trousers, they sent the wrong size. They don’t offer free returns usually but claim they do if ‘they made a mistake’ but we received no refund for the delivery fee and my husband had to email to get the refund on the cargo trousers 4 days after they had signed to say they had received them. Will definitely never order anything from them again, such poor customer service and very backwards in not offering free returns especially when they clearly can’t package things up correctly in their warehouse!

Misleading returns policy and bad customer service
Ordered a Christmas present from here on the weekend - realised the order was for the wrong size and emailed them within 5 minutes to request it be changed. Was advised they would notify the warehouse and then they still sent the wrong size. Now want to charge me for a return even though their returns policy states it should be free. Customer service is terrible!
