I bought over 50 Aurora glow LED GU10 when they first started selling them. They included a 5 year guarantee and I had a lot of failures within a couple of years. The company exchanged all of them for the newer versions without charge and without fuss. Very refreshing in this age!

I wanted something from Amazon, but could only have it if I spent another £20 on something else. The reason given was that the cost of postage would make it prohibitive, but I would have been happy to pay the p&p to get the item. Checked the website to see who the supplier was and tried there. The item was the same price as Amazon and postage was also free!! I bought 2 items. There was excellent communication and very prompt postage. I will always check with this supplier first for anything I want in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Safield.

I contacted their support center to get confirmation on a delivery date, which the employee could confirm would be possible. The order was placed and dispatched the same day, in less than 48 hours, the 9xcostumes I ordered, arrived in perfect condition.

I'm very impressed with this company. Unfortunately one of the bulbs I ordered from them failed two months later. Hoping to claim under the 5 year warranty, I contacted them on a Thursday and by the Saturday morning I had the replacement bulb in my hands. If only all customer service was as good as this!

from the ordering right through to delivery the service i received was excellent, the led sensor nightlight is perfect for the landing it works really well, i will be buying more for other rooms.

These candle lights seem to be very good with a warm natural colour and powerful light output from just 5W.
They haven't been in use long so I cannot comment on dependability, but so far I am very impressed.
