We were shown pictures of a property that were completely misleading and deceiving photos. The house they gave us was disgusting and incomparable to the pictures they advertised.

Many aspects of the property were damaged (bath kept together with tape / mirror not hanging / window sill crumbling). I took photos of the difference between their advertisements and what the property actually was.

We had to leave the property after 3 days because of the house, we paid for 20 days and lost thousands. Sahara suites refuse to refund us or help in any way.

This was an amazing stay and the host was really responsive and lovely! I would really recommend his property!

Great stay. Nice location

We stayed at this apartment in Manchester and had a really great experience. The location was perfect on a quiet street above a few shops, with Uber rides into the city centre costing only £4 to £6. Free parking was a big plus too.

The apartment itself was lovely and modern, with a large kitchen and all the amenities we needed. The sleeping arrangements worked really well: one big bedroom with three single beds, plus a smaller double room. Even though the double room was compact, two larger adults stayed there comfortably.

The shops directly underneath (a sunbed shop, local convenience store and a salon) were surprisingly handy and we ended up using all of them during our stay.

At one point we were blocked in by a neighbour’s car, which initially seemed a bit frustrating, but he came over to explain he was doing some work and would move it. He was very friendly, so it wasn’t a problem in the end.
(We didn’t need our car all weekend, the car was unblocked for the remainder of the time)

We also had a small issue with the bath, but Jodi sorted this quickly by sending maintenance straight over, great communication and very efficient.

Overall, it was a very pleasant booking experience and stay. Would happily recommend and return!

I had a fantastic stay at Jodi’s place in Windsor! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Jodi is a truly outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. She went out of her way to make sure I felt at home and even shared great tips about the local area that made my trip extra special.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Windsor. I’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend Jodi’s place to anyone visiting!

Excellent stay with Sahara Suites - very responsive, helped with any concern, beautiful house, well kept large beautiful garden we enjoyed in the nice weather and a cosy home. Will definitely stay again next year.

Booking was easy and direct. Communication with Sahara was fast and responsive. I would recommend the following, however...going through the property before renters have access. In this case, there was no hot water and it took some coordination with the agency to figure out the mechanics of turning the boiler on (something foreigners like myself are not familiar with on this system). Also, the garden area was obviously not tended to for quite some time, making it un-usable for a portion of the trip. All other amenities were comfortable and easy.

The property was in an immaculate condition. Beautiful living area, the kitchen is superb… the bathroom is big and spacious. I have mysophobia, and I was perfectly fine sleeping in that beautiful home for 4nights..

First time ever renting a holiday home, and it was perfect. Unfortunately, we were only there for 4 nights.
The location is perfect.. not too far from the city centre. The river is next door, you can either go for a boat ride, or a lovely dinner in town.I will definitely love to stay there again.
