I am very glad to let our property with Sahara Suites as Charlie and Jodi are friendly and professional. They keep our property clean as a hotel and they decorated it to be very cozy and comfortable. It is an extremely right decision to let our property to Sahara Suites. I have already recommended them to our friends.

Landlord in Portsmouth
We are landlords of a property in Portsmouth and Sahara Suites manages this on our behalf.
In the time we have been working together, Sahara has demonstrated excellent professionalism in us every aspect of our working relationship and has ensured that the property is always presented extremely well to potential tenants. All aspects of the administration of rents and the like has been dealt with very efficiently and requests for access for essential maintenance and the like has always been dealt with promptly and sympathetically.
We can find no fault with any part of our relationship with Sahara to date and would certainly endorse them for similar roles with the other properties

Very happy as a landlord
Charlie and Jodi are a pleasure to work with. After speaking with Charlie I knew it was the right decision to let our property with Sahara suites as he was very friendly down to earth and professional and he was regularly in touch to give updates. I was very impressed with the decor in the property am considering letting out further properties with them. Jodi and Charlie have been very enthusiastic and professional throughout. I would highly recommend

I handed my property to Sahara Suites after being let down by another “leading” agent in the area. Team Sahara were responsive, very clear in their communication and manage the coming and going guests with very little needed from me. They’ve taken my property and turned it into a truly passive investment while always being available for any questions or requests I might have. I’m very happy to recommend Jodi and Charlie at Sahara Suites to others in my network
