The Hotel is quite stunning albeit in what I would term
a back street the Breakfast Restaurant is on the ground floor and it is very tasteful not just flavour wise but
for the internal decoration.
The Bedrooms also have much to Commend them
A fair number of International visitors stop over
their
further more I found the Page boys on the door
or Concierge very helpful one person gave me directions to the Post Office to buy Post cards
stamps were a bit of a problem to find
most people now use Whats App for free messaging
and photo's
I cannot really praise the Paragon more

Unfortunately the food is not what was when the previous owner, who was truly Vietnamese, was running the restaurant.
Prices are up whilst the dishes are shrinking.
The menu does not look authentic Vietnamese as before.
It has lost its Vietnamese charm, and the new waiter uniform is not as smart as the previous one.
A real shame as we had been to this restaurant for so many years.
