The team were very thorough and supportive. Considering there were so many unknowns in our situation, they handled the sale very professionally. It was quicker than we expected!

Sail Homes did a fantastic job of managing the process of selling my house. The level of contact and service was excellent for an affordable price. They guided me through the sale of my first property, which was reassuring as I wasn't sure how exactly it works. I would definitely recommend them.

Sail kept me informed throughout the process of selling my mother's bungalow. They were very responsive and made me feel supported at all times. They made a potentially difficult process straightforward.

Kept me informed on the way, through two sales, albeit some other players, were less than helpful, perhaps even unprofessional, which created difficulties, but which Sail resolved in the end. Clear documentation, with explanations where required and detailed time frames and deadlines stated.
Processes for the two properties, took from June 2023 to March 2024. Numerous players and legal positions to be dealt with.

I didn't live local to the property being sold and Sail Homes were very helpful in helping me get quotes for the property clearance,read final meter readings and were able to be there when people needed to gain access to the property.
I was kept informed of all viewings and their outcomes and was regularly updated by email throughout the whole selling process.
Very friendly and helpful.

I bought a flat through the agent. During the process

1, the agent was not professional, as they gave wrong or hid quite a little information about the property.

2, the employee could be discriminatory as after my solicitor corrected their wrong information, they only thanked my solicitor, no apology to me at all. (I guess I'm just a foreigner with no legal background)

3, I requested a further investigation into their behaviour. The manager replied with no concrete answers but a few "Sorry" and ignored my later reply.

SAIL specialise in Probate property and know the market extremely well. They pitch the value at a sensible price to attract viewings. We received an offer and completed very quickly. Much quicker than my previous experiences with Conveyancers and Estate Agents. They are a one stop shop and do it all. They are also brilliant at touching base regularly and getting things over the line quickly. Again, my experience in the past has been quite the opposite where I found myself frustrated at the lack of communication and felt I was always chasing the Conveyancer and Estate Agents for news. I wholeheartedly recommend SAIL for anyone in our position, with a Probate property you do not want sitting unoccupied for a long time. The whole team are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.

Keri and her team were great in getting us to get our offer accepted. They were very professional and courteous throughout and the communication was excellent throughout.

Absolutely fantastic level of customer service and professionalism throughout the whole process. Had a few pushbacks/delays throughout the process due to no fault of their own, however I would like to thank them for helping execute a sale and getting my late fathers flat sold throughout the difficult period. Communication swift and fast and always transparent. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Worst experience with Estate Agents!
I don't like writing reviews but this experience I just cannot withhold:

- Quick communication will make it seem they're professional (when they need something from you). When you need something important, you'll not hear back so quickly and be brushed off with excuses
- Selling/buying a house and having both Sail Homes + Sail Legal (their own solicitor company) on board, will not result into short communication but them not working in your but their best interest
- Do not let them "recommend" another solicitor firm to you (again won't be in your best interest)

He tried his very best to make my purchase easy and stress free. He went extra mile to help me when things got a little hectic at times. I am really grateful.

I have bought a lovely property for my family through Sail Homes. From the first phone call until I was handed the keys, Jamie has gone above and beyond to make it all happen. Several times at different stages I was about to give up due to numerous issues, first the mortgage application and then the solicitors, but Jamie kept me going by being positive, dedicated, very professional and above all he always spoke the truth. Values which are very hard to find in any estate agent these days. The communication was excellent, from complex issues to silly question, I always received responses promptly sometimes even as late as midnight.
Jamie is very driven and most importantly a great guy. When I am ready to sell one of my properties, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Sail Homes.
